Homestuck Afterbound

Act 8 Part 7

 KarKat quickly finished his dinner and went to his room. Hosheo finished next and followed KarKat. Once Hosheo got into KarKat's room, they began playing video games. "I'm gonna beat you!" KarKat said. "No you're not!" Hosheo countered. At the end of the game, they fell to the ground. KarKat stared into Hosheo's eyes, causing both trolls to start blushing. Both KarKat and Hosheo sat up. Hosheo leaned more to KarKat's face, and KarKat leaned in, kissing Hosheo, closing the gap between them. Hosheo pulled away slowly from KarKat, ending the kiss, but KarKat kissed him again. Tareli and Kanaya opened KarKat's bedroom door to find Hosheo and KarKat kissing. "WHAT THE HELL ARE YOU TWO DOING?!" Kanaya screamed, causing the two kissing trolls to jump. KarKat ran out the bedroom leaving Hosheo to explain to his flush and KarKat's caretaker that they weren't doing anything.

After everyone had gone to sleep, KarKat, Hosheo, Tareli, and Kanaya sat at the dining room table in silence. "I can't believe you two..." Kanaya said, glaring at Hosheo and KarKat. "We were just playing video games and we kissed..." KarKat said, his voice trailing off. Tareli and Kanaya kept staring at the other two trolls with stoic faces. "Go to bed. The both of you." Kanaya said. "Can Hosheo sleep in my room tonight?" KarKat asked. "HELL NAW! YOU JUST MADE ME C-CRY! I HEARD WHAT YOU WERE DOING!" Gracer screamed at Karkat. "SHUT UP YOU STUPID LEJION!" Karkat yelled back. "Wait....Lejion?" Gracer asked. "ISN'T IT OBVIOUS!? YOUR HORNS AND BLOOD COLOR MATCH A LEJIONS, YOU S***Y WH***!" Karkat shouted. "KarKat, please stop yelling at her." Hosheo said, surprising KarKat. "She did nothing wrong." "My name isn't Lejion, Crab legs." Gracer growled, "It's Leonah. Get your facts straight you b***!" "Guys, stop. I'm going to bed, and I better not hear you guys arguing." Hosheo said, heading to KarKat's room. "HOSHEO!" Tareli screeched. "YOU CAN'T SLEEP IN THERE! YOU'RE GROUNDED FROM GOING IN KARKAT'S ROOM!" Tareli said. "But I didn't do anything wrong! I'm 7 sweeps old." "I don't care, it's a privilege to be in this house right now, and you have clearly upset the host. So get downstairs right now." Tareli growled. Hosheo reluctantly followed and made his way down the stairs. "If you are to touch Karkat or anyone in this world like that while under this roof, so help me gog." Tareli stated forcefully. Hosheo just nodded before making his way to his bedroom. Tareli sat outside Gracer's door, her being an insomniac and this happening didn't help with sleep. So she gave up and let her mind do as it pleases. She sighed adjusting her shades, They were gonna leave a mark if she had left at the them on any longer. Checking around Tareli reluctantly took off her shades, everything was much clearer. The house was really pretty this way. After contemplating whether to keep them off she decided to walk into her own room and stare at the familiar ceiling. Playing with her hands kicking her feet tossing and turning, sleep didn't happen.
