"Ohh Jack look at our little bundles of joy aren't they so cute. Jackie cooed to her husband Jake about there to lithe twin babies.

"Yes, Jackie they are. Now the hard part what should we name them?" Jack asked Jackie.

"I think the boy should be called Jake and the girl should be called Laya,"Jackie answered

"Why Laya may I ask?" Questions Jack

"I don't know, I had a dream before the babies we born and there was a lady that told ma to name here Laya, and since then I have fallen in love with the name," Jackie replied

"Ok, that it is official our children's names are Jake and Laya." Jack happily announced.

Their joy was then put on hold as the doctor came in saying she might have some bad news. The doctors news was that the babies were born on the same day that the Crystal Moon Pack had been attacked and Queen Melissa had given birth to a baby girl, who died at birth 4 years ago minutes, there might be a curse on Laya because she was born the same time as Queen Melissa and King Toms little girl. She also came to inform them that she could not tell if Laya was a supernatural or if she was human. Which was a big shock for Jackie and Jack as they are both werewolves and they were also the betas of the pack. Thankfully Jake was a werewolf meaning that they would have a blood-related werewolf to give them their beta position to when the time came.

6 year Later

"Laya, what are you doing?" Jake asked his younger twin sister Laya

Getting away from y-yo-you- you - you bullied" Laya shouted in her 6-year-old voice

"Why? Why do you keep running from me? What did I do," Jake shouts

"Don't yell at me Jakey!" Laya whispers to Jake.

"Well grows up sometimes and start acting like a big girl, then I wouldn't have to yell at you."

"I hate you, Jake! You are the worst brother I could ever ask for!"

"And you are the worst sister I could even ask for you, big baby! Jake shouted but he didn't stop there he continued to do the worst thing you could think of in the land of werewolves he said "I Jake Crowe Renard reject Laya Melisa Renard as Luna of Purple blood pack"

And with that Laya runs into the forest ignoring his brothers shout for her to come back and that he was sorry the last thing laya remembers is some on grabbing her hand and her screaming. "Jakkkie help" before a toxic rag was placed over her mouth. Whilst this was happing Jake was running after his little sister Laya, thinking this would never have helped if he could have told Laya he was a werewolf And for her to have been born a werewolf, not human. He was brought out of his thoughts of Laya shouting "Jakkkie Help!" After hearing Laya's call he raced in her direction to see blood and a note saying, I got the girl don't come after she or she will die. With that, he ran home crying to her mom and very ill father. When Jake father Jack heard the news he was very upset but also curious because all of the sudden he was feeling 100% better but he didn't say that afraid he would jinx himself instead, he said good thing she marked you this morning as planned or else you wold is not able to become Alpha of the pack and with that he went back to sleep without fully realizing that what Jake said was the truth and not one of his usual pranks to get him and Jakie worried.
