Chapter 2

It was about 3 in the morning Inteligence along with a few of the beat cops and Platt where still upstairs, some napping others pacing. Jay was one of the later.

"We'll find her" Said Voight walking up to him

"I don't even want to think about what would happen if we don't" he said looking down at he's hands.

"She loves you" He said suddenly Jay looking up Voight

"I Love her too and I wish I'd told her before now" He said looking around

"We are going to find them" he repeated

"I'VE GOT SOMETHING!" Yelled mouse running into the room

"What is it?" Asked Voight

"A triangulated ping off these three towers here which means we've got a beginning search radius!" He said excited 

"Everyone gear up!" Yelled Voight

"Clear!"

"Clear!"

"Clear!"

"Wait! I got something!" Yelled Jericho

"What is it?" Asked Jay as he handed him a phone

"It's Erin's" He said handing it onto Voight

"I think we're close but not close enough just yet" Said James looking at Jericho before looking around.

"Jay, Hawkeye, get up on that roof, take your rifles and check into this building here" Said Mouse as they nodded running off a couple of minutes passed

"We got movement!" Came Jay's voice

"Can you see what it is?" Asked Hank

"Nope but I can, I've picked up cameras" Said Mouse hitting a few keys on he's laptop, Jame's looking over he's shoulder along with Adam and Olinsky. A grainy image came into view and it was the girls

"Swat you ready?" Asked Hank looking over at the guys dressed in black

"Sarge one of them has a gun to one of the girls!" said Jay

"Move! Move! Move! if he aims to fire, you shoot first!" He said back to Jay

"Come on Er, take it!" Said a man standing in front of the girls. Erin groaned moving her head away. She didn't want it. After all these years, of fighting to get to where she was, of having to prove herself she wasn't going to go back down that rabbit hole.

"Fine we'll do it the hard way" he said sticking a needle into her arm the guy with the gun stepped closer and that's when all hell broke loose. Charlie went down followed by the other guy blood pool underneath their bodies before SWAT swarmed into the room followed by Voight

"DADDY!" Yelled Erin panicked

"Erin! You're alright I got you" He said to her pulling the needle out of her arm and tossing it across the room.

"That wasn't the first one" she said to him

"You're alright, I got you" He said to her as everything came crashing in emotionally and she started fading with the stress of the events.

"Erin stay with me, I have a highly worried beat cop waiting for you out front. Come on" He said to her as she opened her eyes and looked around as they walked out of the building followed by Adam and Kim, who was clinging onto him for dear life.

"ERIN!" Called a voice she'd know anywhere she looked up as Jay ran over to him gun slung behind he's back. He grabbed her as she slumped into he's front

"I got ya" He said to her as she nodded closing her eyes as she started to cry. He picked her up and walked her over to Hank's Jeep placing her in the back seat. He went to stand up but she hung onto him tight.

"Erin baby, I need to take this gun off" he said to her as she loosened her grip on him just a little bit. He passed it off to Jericho who had come over to the Jeep and nodded he's head. Hank walked over to them and leaned against the door

"I know you're not going to like what I say next. But Erin we need to get both you and Kim to Chicago Med to be checked out." Said Hank to he's surprise. Erin nodded

"Will" She said muffled by Jay's top and chest.

"I'll message him and get him to meet us" He told Hank as he nodded

"Where's Kim?" She asked

"Right behind us in Olinsky's car" Said Hank as she nodded

"You can rest babe" Said Jay quietly as Mouse slid into the back seat next to them

"she has a few drugs in her system but I'm pretty sure that it wasn't voluntary" Said Will as Hank and Jay nodded

"We have a few options about treatment, she can stay here in our rehab program or she can go home her's, one of your's and I can treat her as an out patient" He said as the two looked at each other

"Where ever she goes, I'll be right next to her" Said Jay as Hank nodded.

"Lets go ask her" He said as they walked into the room, Erin rolling her head to the door as her two favourite boys walked in another with the other Halstead brother

"Hey Er, how you feeling?" asked Jay walking over to the bed and sitting down

"Like crap!" she said annoyed

"Hey don't beat yourself up, you did not do this!" He said to her as she nodded tearing up

"Erin, we have a few options about care" Said Will as she looked at him

"I don't need it I swear!" She said crying

"Babe, calm down I promise we're not going to make you do something you don't want to" Said Jay

"I don't want to force you to do anything you don't want to, but you'll need monitoring over the next few days" Said Will

"You can stay wherever you want. Including right here" Said Hank as she looked at Jay

"Can you stay with me?" She asked him as he laughed

"I'm wherever you are. Here your's Voight's mine" he listed off

"I want my own bed" She said as they nodded

"Then that is where we'll be" Said Jay as Will came over to the bed

"We'll get you discharged and set up at home then" Said Will as she nodded looking around the room as Hank walked over to the bed

"I'm proud of you kid, you've managed to keep your head" Said Hank

"We'll see what happens next" She muttered

"You've got support. More than you realise" Said Jay kissing her forehead as she nodded

"Close your eyes honey and get some sleep" Said Hank as she nodded settling into Jay

"I'm going to head out with Antonio, we'll swing by Erin's and pick some comfy cloths up for her as well as her car" he said to Jay as jay responded with a nod and a smile
