Chapter Eight: ~Marshall's Point of View~
My face lit up as she asked that question. She looked so cute, so innocent sitting ontop of me. I grinned and leaned up, placing a peck on her cheeks. "If you really want that too...then we are." I chuckled as she hugged me tightly and nodded. "Oh no, will dating the beatiful innocent heroine of Aaa f*** up my bad boy reputation?!?" I exclaimed teasingly, smirking as her now flushed cheeks puffed out in a adorable pout. "Language Marshall~!!" was all I heard before my face got smacked with a pillow.
I chuckled and pushed the pillow off my face. "OW!! My cheek meat~!" I exclaimed, expecting Fionna to laugh with me. But... she didn't. Instead, she looked like she was about to cry! "T-that's what Cake would've said~!!!!" she bursted out before she began to sob. I looked at her sadly and pulled her onto my lap. "Fionna....please don't cry baby....please..." I mumbled into the hair abover her neck. "Let's go to see Cake Fionna. Go change~" I added, hoping that would help. Thankfully she looked up at me. "R-really...?" she asked, wiping her eyes shakily as tears still slowly dripped off her cheeks.
"Yeah, we're going. Once we're changed we'll leave~" I said, getting up and pulling out a pair of grey skinny jeans and my plaid shirt (with a black short sleeve to wear under). Oh wait! Fi didn't have clothes over at my place... "You can wear a old shirt of mine, and I'm pretty sure I have some girl clothes somewhere." I told her, as she was getting up while trying not to step on her hair. "Alright, thanks Marshall~" she said, as she got hit in the face with a bundle of clothes. She scowled and snickered at me. "Thanks for the clothes, Marshymallow." I growled in response.
Once I had changed, I went to the bathroom to check on Fi.
