Today's encounter with a bitch customer. This morning there was this customer who told my co-manager that she always buys food in our store. But its always a long wait which caused her to be late for work. Particularly last thursday, she said she really wait for the food to be served. She told the assistant manager to tell the Restaurant Manager to call her and give an explanation!!!
Duh!!!! Explanation for what? The incident happened last thursday, and almost a week has passed, then you still want an explanation. If buying food in our store has caused you so many times to be late for work....then don't patronize our product! Its as easy as that! Bitch!!!
