Impossible!

Bad news

Today we were having a time for reading, and I was seated next to Lucy, my best friend, and Jade was at the back of us.

Suddenly, Jade walked in front of me and approached me.

"Oh yeah, Laila, brother admitted his crush to me now," She said, with me in the inside feeling eager to know who 'his' crush was.

"She's a pretty girl, and she and my brother fit together like a couple!" Jade cried out, being happy for the 2 of them.

Me, on the inside, stood frozen and acted as if I was happy for the 2 of them, but in the inside, I was extremely jealous and kind of sad.

It was really unexpected. I mean, so unexpected.

"I also spoke to her first if she can be my brother's crush, and---she is!" Jade cried out giggling.

"Also he mentioned that everyone who has a crush on him---sorry." Jade said, smiling.

I acted as if I was happy for them and was like saying words like "Oh, what's her name?" "She must be pretty," "I bet they're good together",  but deep inside I felt so sad.

UGH. I feel weird. I always knew he wouldn't like me, and admit it. You also thought he would never like me, right? Hah, admit it.
