A simple phone call could mean the world, one word could save a life.

Sam's P.o.V

-

A quick picture was take only to be deleted and taken again. "Finally a good picture" his

smile grew slightly as he looked to the picture, his fist ball up as he lean on his elbow to

hold him up. Quickly clicking send he typed "hey Colby, is this Instagram

enough?" to which Colby replied in no time flat "totally haha." Truth be told he didn't

take this photo to post on Instagram later, instead it was to try and impress his friend.

Ever since grade school when he met Colby, his heart has been set on winning him,

the only problem with it is that he was afraid to come out let alone risking his friendship

with the boy he loved ever so much. Sam would rather be considered a friend than

nothing at all, Colby Brock meant to world to him and he was thankful above all else

that he by fate ran into the brunette boy in the halls of their small school in grade 8.

If he hadn't met Colby, Sam probably would have been working at a Walmart or

McDonald's instead of doing what he loves, making stupid videos on the internet

to make people laugh with his best friend, his first love. His thoughts were quickly

interrupted as Colby sent an image, a selfie of his flawless face. Sam couldn't help but

stare as a small blush grew on his face, another text was sent "hey I'm heading over

now." Sam had honestly forgot that Colby was coming over today, not to film but to

hang out and have a day without making YouTube videos. A day were Sam would get

to look endlessly into Colby's eyes without be judged by millions of fans or have fanfic's

written about it although he would indeed love that. With a few quick taps on his phone

Sam replied with "alright, see you then!" He quickly dropped his phone and ran to

his room to get dressed so that, rather than being in his boxers when Colby arrived

he would be dressed properly. So he threw on a pair of brown pants and a shirt with

multiple colours of gray then walked back to his couch and started scrolling threw

twitter for a few minuets before the front door flew open revealing a tall, smiling man

know as Colby Brock.

"Sam get off your phone!" He looked to see Colby ripping the phone from his hands and

throwing it to the other side of the couch "sorry I didn't hear you slamming the door as

you ran into this room." Sam's voice turned sarcastic as Colby bluntly flipped him off.

"Just get up we finally have a day that we don't need to make videos!" Colby was

obviously as excited as Sam but for two very different reasons, Colby was excited to

hang out without a camera in his and Sam was excited to just be near Colby and be able

to admire his every imperfection.
