Dear Frank,
I don't mind the weed or the music. In fact, I also love music. Maybe we can share artists and what not. I am fully prepared to buy any food that is needed. I can cook rather well and I am willing to share any meals I make. I am sort of a home body. Meaning, I will be at home a lot. It will most likely be in the living room or my own room. My activities aren't loud, mostly just drawing. I work at Michael's as the manager, but I'm attending school. I'm pretty easy to negotiate with. If you ever have a problem with something I do then just tell me and I'll try to fix it. That's all I can think of at the moment. Oh, and if you do consider me then can you tell me a time that I can visit?
