Chapter 22: I still love you

*Andy's P.O.V.*

I woke up at around 7 in the morning to feed the cats and Daredevil. I set their food dishes down and decided to check on Jade before going back to bed for a little. She had a nightmare last night and I worried about her all night. I opened the door slightly so I could see her. She was fast asleep.

"Good, I'm glad she slept okay."

I thought I heard her up still after I went back to my room last night so I checked the bathroom. The door was closed. I opened it and there was blood on the floor.

"Holy shit..."

I looked around to see what had happened and how it got there. There was nothing else I could find so I cleaned up the blood.

"Did Jade... No. She wouldn't... Right? Maybe... Maybe she did? Should I check?"

I decided to check on Jade once more. I opened her door more and entered this time. She was laying on her left side and her right arm was resting on the covers. I looked at it and couldn't find anything. No new marks, no blood, just skin and her cast.

"Maybe it's on her left arm?"

I contemplated whether I should wake her up or not and decided to let her sleep.

"I'll ask her once she wakes up."

I closed her door and decided to stay up. I went into the kitchen and made some coffee. I sat at the counter and went on my social media for a bit. I checked out Twitter and Instagram before Juliet woke up.

"Good morning." She said.

"Good morning. How'd you sleep last night?" I asked her.

She came over to me and gave me a peck on the lips before making some tea for herself.

"Fine, except for when Jade started screaming." She said.

"Yeah, but after that? Did you sleep okay?" I asked, sipping from my cup.

"Yeah, I slept okay. Why?" She asked, sitting next to me with her tea.

"Well, I heard Jade up still after we went back to bed. I think she might've... Um... Done something." I said.

Juliet scrunched her face in confusion.

"What do you mean?" She asked.

"Well, I know she has a history of self harm..." I said.

Juliet's face changed to an understanding look.

"Oh." She said. "You think she..."

"Yeah." I said.

"Why do you think that?" She asked.

"Because I found blood on the floor this morning in the bathroom." I said.

"Oh my god..." Juliet said.

I just nodded.

"Does she know that you know?" She asked.

"No. I'm not even sure if that's what happened but I'm almost positive it did." I said.

"Wow..." Juliet said.

We both sat there, speechless. We silently drank from our cups until Jade woke up. She had on a hoodie.

"Good morning sweetheart!" I said, smiling.

"Hi." She said, shyly.

She still stood at the beginning of the hallway.
