I wake up, my head pounding from the alcohol my body had consumed the previous night, my hair damp with sweat. Although I wanted to forget that night, it will always come back to haunt me.
Although I had forgotten most of what had happened last night, the person next to me had given me some ideas; different scenarios played in my head. The soft snores leaving the boys mouth were the only sound heard other than the birds chirping outside the window. The dim room smelled of stale beer and pot. This was nothing new.
Every weekend, I go to the nearest party, get myself drunk or high, and hook up with the first guy I could get my hands on.
But this is my life now.
And no one will change that.
