I can't do this

I was walking back from the bus stop with Bethany,
"Who's that?" She said as she pointed to a man and woman at the end of the street.
"I don't know, I don't have my glasses on"
"It looks like uncle Nick" Bethany said, how could she say that it couldn't be. I walked away towards the pub,
"Wait Isla i'm sorry"
"It's alright, just still miss them"
"Same, I'll see you later" she said
"Yeah see you later as I walked into the pub.

"Hey angel what's up?" Michelle said from behind the bar.
"Just.."
"Just what?"
"Bethany said she saw someone who looked like Nick outside"
"Don't worry about it gorgeous" she said pulling me into a hug as Tracey walked in.
"Oh I'm suprised your in here, thought you'd be over in the bistro with your step daddy" Tracey said smugly
"What do you mean?" Michelle said
"Nick, he's alive, he faked his own death."
"Shut up Tracy" Michelle said still with her arm around me. But that was when it happened the door opened and it felt like my whole world had come crashing down around me.
"No this can't be happening" I said as I buried her face in Michelle's shoulder.
"Sssshhhh it's alright" she said as she hugged me, "come on let's go into the back" she said, as we turned around and went into the back.
"Zizzi" I called as we went through and sat on the sofa, she came bounding down the stairs. I hugged her and she licked my face.
"See it's alright when zizzi's here" Michelle said as she went into the kitchen.
"Do you want a cup of tea?" She said
"Yes please" I said as Zizzi climbed on the sofa next to me. Steve came in and went through to the kitchen.
"Did you know about this?" Michelle said.
"About what?"
"About Nick being alive?"
"What? No, no didn't know" Steve said.
"She's in pieces Steve" Michelle said.
"I can hear you, you know" I said.
"Sorry Mrs" she said as she came in and handed me my mug of tea
"Don't worry about it" she said.
"How can I not, he's my little sister's dad, was that crash meant to happen that day or not?"
"I know, do you want to talk to him?"
"Yeah, no, I don't know"
"How about I go and get him for you?"
"Alright, but can you stay with me?"
"Yeah of course, Steve go get Nick for me please"
"Urgh fine" he said as he left. He returned moment later with Nick behind him.
"I'll be outside" Steve said.
"Why did you do it?" I said to Nick as he sat down at the table.
"I had to get away, I knew that when I made it through that crash, that was my chance, Leanne offered me to come with her, I'm in love with her Isla"
"No no, you are in love with mum, you had a daughter together, you were going to adopt Bella"
"No I was in love with Carla, now me and Leanne are having a baby"
"No, I can't do this" I said as I got up and went upstairs. Zizzi followed me.
