Gray, Whispers and Smoke is a three-part short story that I originally wrote for my school's literary folio and I just felt like posting this online in hopes that people will find my story and then help me improve through constructive criticism. The story started with a question that I came across while re-reading Haruki Murakami's Colorless Tsukuru Tazaki and His Year of Pilgrimage; the same question our main character would be trying to find answers for.
The story takes place in the Philippines which is why you'd come across words like jeepney, tricycle and charity seat.
Happy reading!
(and yep, that's a lazy ass poster I made in canva.)
