*****Peony's POV*****

I sit in the nursery, rocking Ivy gently as to sooth her to sleep when a knock sounds at the door. "Momma!" Ivy cries. Remus walks into the room and places Asher next to the toys before taking Ivy into his arms. I place a kiss on his cheek before running out of the room and down to the front door. I swing it open to see nobody there. I look around in confusion and go to step outside, only for my foot to hit something. I look down to see a baby, with a decent amount of pitch black hair and a lightning bolt mark on its forehead, in a basket and a cat perched beside it. "Please come in Professor," I say, lifting the basket into my arms and leading the way inside. The cat quickly follows and turns into my old Transfiguration Professor from Hogwarts. I place the basket on the kitchen counter and turn to my Ex-Professor. "I'll get Remus so you can explain this to us," I say, pushing a strand of my long dark brown hair from my face and blue eyes. She nods in agreement and I run upstairs. I step into the kids' room to see Remus tucking Asher into bed. "Professor McGonnagal is downstairs," I whisper. He nods and turns on the night light as I turn on the main light. He lifts me into his arms and carries me back to the Professor.

I pass the cup of tea to Professor McGonnagal and sit down, opposite her beside Remus. "I assume Lily and James told you about Sybill Trelawney's Prophecy?" McGonnagal asks. I shake my head in confusion, but Remus nods and I send him an annoyed look. "Well, Harry was the baby in the Prophecy and Voldemort came after him. James and Lily both died protecting Harry. Professor Dumbledore was told by both Lily and James that if something happened to them, that they wanted you, Peony, to look after Harry and raise him like you are with Ivy and Asher." She states. My heart practically crumbles into tiny pieces as the new information sinks in. Remus quickly wraps comforting arms around my waist and pulls me close to him. I burst into tears and grip onto Remus for dear life. "I'll leave you to yourselves now. Albus, Hagrid or I will come and check on you all at least once a week each. Goodbye." She says and apparates away.

***3 month later***

I lift Harry into my arms as he begins crying from his temporary bed and hold him close to me. "It's okay Harry. I've got you. I'll never leave you. I'll take care of you. I'll be sure to tell you all about your parents." I whisper, tears coming to my eyes as his green eyes connect with my blue ones. He settles down quickly and I spot Remus walking in. "I've got the new house sorted. James wanted us to have it." He says, revealing the set of keys. "Potter Manor? Why would he do that?" I ask. Remus shrugs and waves his wand, making boxes appear out of thin air and things packing themselves. I look at Ivy and Asher who are inside their playpen and smile lightly.

I place Harry and Ivy down in the playpen situated in the center of the family room as Remus in behind me and places Asher down beside them. Remus quickly gets to work with unpacking things with magic and I head to the front door to grab all of the shopping bags. I make my way to the kitchen and pull out my wand to put away every single item I picked up on the way here.

Remus joins me in our new bedroom after setting the kids down for the night and lays down beside me. He lightly tucks the hair that was in my face behind my ear and places a gentle kiss on my lips. I wrap my an arm around his neck and lightly trace one of the scars across his face. He shivers and pulls me on top of him. I smile down at him and kiss the tip of his nose. "You, Sir, know how to cheer me up." I sigh, flipping us over. He smiles and begins placing kisses over my face.

I walk into the kitchen late the next morning to see Remus making some type of dessert. "How much sugar is in that? Because I don't want to look after hyperactive kids." I ask. Remus turns to me and sends me a guilty smile. "Its triple chocolate fudge, isn't it?" I sigh in annoyance. Remus quickly shuffles away from me and continues. "But it's not for the kids. It's for you." Remus says, a pout playing on his lips. I sigh and walk to his side, placing a kiss on his cheek. "Okay. I'm going to check on the kids and maybe take them to the park. I'll give you time to finish your fudge," I say. He nods quickly and places a kiss on my lips quickly. "Dumbledore and Hagrid are coming round tonight so we'll have to clean the kids up." He says. I nod and walk through to the family room to see Harry trying to climb out of the playpen with Asher, causing me to laugh. I walk over to the coat rack and grab their jackets. I lift Ivy out and help her pull her light blue coat on, zipping it up. I then lift Harry and Asher out and help them put on the coats, Harry with red and Asher with yellow. I lift the boys back up and put them into the pram before pulling on my own lilac coat. Icy runs over and we head out the door.

Remus walks into the family room carrying Harry and Asher while Ivy walks beside him carefully. I smile at them and take Harry into my arms. Ivy climbs up beside me and cuddles into my side. A knock sounds and Remus rushes to it with Asher. He starts talking to the visitors and soon the door closes. After a minute Remus and Asher appear in the room again with Dumbledore and Hagrid behind him. They take a seat on the couch opposite us as Remus sits beside me. Asher crawls toward me and cuddles into my side like Ivy. "You remember Sirius Black, correct?" Dumbledore asks. I look at Remus but nod. "He was their secret keeper when they went into hiding to protect Harry," Remus informs me. "That's why he was always with us when we went to visit them?" I ask Remus. He nods. "He was the one who sold them to Lord Voldemort," Dumbledore states. "I want to visit him," I state. Remus looks at me in panic and I send him a glare. He shrinks back and I turn back to the Hogwarts staff. "It's not debatable. I will be visiting him." I snap. Dumbledore nods and Hagrid looks toward Harry with a smile. I place Harry on his feet and he stumbles over to Hagrid.
