I took my break from the ladies, but I couldn't stop thinking about Audrey and telling her the truth but I though it would be best not to as she doesn't know about me, she just things I'm another care worker that makes time for her, in the busy hours. She will never know!
With a tear running down my face I walked back into the the care home and put in a smile for the ladies.
