The hot water poured onto my back and I finished rinsing the conditioner from my hair. I towel dried it before throwing it up into a bun on top of my head. I wrapped the slightly damp towel around my freshly cleansed body and hurried off into my room and changed into some pyjama shorts and a black vest, blow drying my hair until it was completely dry.
"I made us dinner." Calum's head popped up from the doorframe. "Wow, you made us proper food?" I asked walking to the kitchen. "I mean, not really." He smiled as I saw the half burnt pizza lying on the table in front of us. "I mean, it's better than nothing." I shrugged before taking a few slices and placing them on a separate plate and ate them in the living room. Calum took the rest and ate them next to me.
"Why wasn't Michael in school today?" Calum asked as he ate his burnt pizza. "He said something about having a cold so that's probably why." I told him and he just nodded. Ever since Calum and I had sex the other night, I can't help but feel like things have been different. Maybe Calum didn't enjoy it? Maybe he thought I was bad? Maybe he used me? No, of course he wouldn't be told me he loved me.
"I'm going for a walk." I said as I slid on a jacket and making my way outside. I didn't care that I was wearing pyjama shorts, I just wanted to take a walk by myself. I walked up to the park and sat on a bench, finally feeling the cold as I wasn't moving anymore. "Megan? What are you doing here?" Michael came bouncing over and took a seat next to me. "More like what are you doing here? I thought you were sick." I playfully nudged his arm as he laughed. "I am. I've been inside all day and I guess I just needed some air. Why are you here?"
"I guess I just needed some air." I smirked. We sat and talked for a good two hours about anything and everything. "You should probably get back to your flat. I think Calum's invited Ashton over and they're probably making a mess."
"How do you know?" I asked. "He text me asking if I wanted to go over, he's probably invited Ash too." He replied and we both stood up from the bench. "Okay, I'll see at school tomorrow." I waved before heading off home. I quietly opened the door and took of my jacket."Oh yeah, I finally got in her pants." Calum's voice spoke and I felt a shot if pain go right through me. "You did?" I heard Ashton. "Oh yeah. Great sex." Calum laughed and I knew I'd heard enough.
"You dick!" I spat, rushing through the living room and into my bedroom, locking the door behind me. "Megan, how much did you hear? It's not what you think." He said, and I could tell he was stood behind my bedroom door. I dug my phone from my bag and instantly called my dad. "Dad, please come and pick me up. I'm coming home." I said and hung up before he could say anything else. I dragged my suitcase out from under the bed and threw in whatever would fit before filling up a bag too. I slipped into a different jacket and unlocked the door, barging past Calum to wait for my dad outside.
"Megan, please listen to me." He begged and I shook my head. "You lied to me Calum. You just used me like I was nothing. We're done." I yelled before storming out. My dad soon arrived and I loaded my things in the car and the tears fell from my eyes as soon as we left the car park. "Honey, what's happened?" Dad asked, rubbing my back. "I don't want to talk about it yet." I mumbled through sobs. We pulled up outside and I ran to my bedroom, locking the door and collapsing into a flood of tears on my bed.
