"DON'T LIE! I SAW YOU WITH THAT WOMAN!"
"YOU STUPID BITCH! WERE YOU SPYING ON ME?!"
"Stop it stop it stop it," I sobbed to myself as I covered my ears, rocking back and forth.
The shouting outside continued.
"STOP IT STOP IT STOP IT!" They didn't hear me. I scrubbed the tears away fiercely. I couldn't stand it anymore. My dad was constantly having affairs and everyday was crying, crying and crying.
I'm just a burden to both of them.
It was time to go. Maybe they would sort their problems out faster.
I rose to my feet and grabbed the duffel bag I had been packing for weeks. I then took up the spare lighter on my table, lit it, and threw it at my curtains, watching as beautiful flames engulfed them.
And then I fled.
