The Princess and The Prankster

Natsu Dragneel walks into detention after school and sees someone he never thought he would see in detention sitting in a seat. Lucy Heartfilia. The cheerleader and one of the most popular girls in the school was there. Natsu walks over and sits next to her casually as the blonde secretly blushes.

The truth is Lucy has had a crush on this pink haired prankster since freshman year. "Hey!" Natsu greets with his signature grin. "Hi Natsu." Lucy responds with a close-eyed smile. "Wanna play 20 questions with only 5 questions each though?" Natsu asks because he honestly was really bored and had a small crush on Lucy as well. "Sure!" She exclaims and closes the book she was previously reading.

"I'll go first! How did you get in detention?" The pink haired teen starts off. "Well..." Lucy tells her story.

~Flashback~

Lucy was sitting in math class in the back while writing her new novel instead of taking notes. She hadn't been caught doing it until the teacher, Mr.Erifica, walked up to her asking for the answer to the problem on the board. "Miss Heartfilia what are you doing?" he asks, slamming the math textbook down on the blonde's desk, making her flinch. "I-I uhh..." Lucy stuttered, not knowing what to say. "Detention. I am very disappointed. And I'm sure your father will be as well." Mr.Erifica states while shakin his head and placing a detention slip on her desk.

~Flashback Over~

"And now here we are." Lucy finishes her story. "How did you get detention?" The blonde questions while tilting her head. 'She's so cute...' Natsu thinks to himself before starting a story of his own. "It all started when..."

~Flashback~

It's before school and Natsu snuck into vice principal Makarov's office. The pink haired teen super glues his mouse to the desk and changes his wallpaper on the computer to a selfie of himself. "Heheheh" Natsu chuckles to himself and sneaks out of the office and to his locker

~Time Skip~

"NATSU DRAGNEEL COME TO THE OFFICE NOW!" Vice Principal Makarov's yells through the speakers and Natsu smirks while getting up. He then walks through the halls and enters the office. One the prankster walks in he is greeted by a furious short man. "This is the third time this week! No more warnings! You have detention!" Makarov shouts at the teen. Natsu takes the detention slip and walks back to class.

~Flashback Over~

"And that's pretty much it." Natsu finishes his explanation. "Wow. So that's why you were called over the speakers." Lucy comments. "Ok! It's my turn again. What's the new novel about?" He questions the blonde. "It's a mystery novel. Fictional mystery to be exact." Lucy replies shyly.

"That's awesome!" Natsu exclaims and Lucy blushes. "Ok, my turn now. What were the other two pranks you pulled this week?" She asks curiously. "The first one I put a fake love letter from Juvia to Lyon in his locker. Then I covered the Vice Principal's car in sticky notes." Natsu answers while laughing, and soon Lucy joins in.

"What's you favorite movie?" Natsu asks Lucy. "Hmm... that's a tough one. I'd have to say Now You See Me. It's so funny and full of surprises." Lucy explains. "Really? Me too!" Natsu states. "Cool! Why do you always wear that scarf?" The blonde questions the pink haired boy. "My dad gave it to me when I was younger and said for me to never take it off!" He responds happily. "Oh! That makes sense." Lucy comments.

"Who's your crush?" Natsu asks which makes Lucy's face look like a strawberry. "U-um you." The blonde admits, completely embarrassed. "Who do you have a crush on?" Lucy finished with a  question. "You." Natsu states bluntly and kisses her quickly on the lips, which leaves them both a blushing mess.

"What about the last question?" Lucy asks. "Wanna go on a date with me?" He asks with a smirk. "Y-yes!" She stutters a little . "When?" The blonde asks for her last question. "Right... now." The pink haired teen says right as the teacher says they can leave and they both run out of the school and out for their first date.... The Princess and The Prankster.
