That couldn't be any further from the truth.
My mind is polluted, filled with bad thoughts. My demons whisper don't eat, while my mouth longs for a bite.
Often times I'll binge. My mind will scream NO while the food is shoved down my throat into my tiny stomach.
People often underestimate the willpower it takes to not eat.
