I felt the whisper of wind on my neck. I looked up to see the Autumn leaves shudder in the breeze, smiling as they twirledaround me. The rough bark poking my back as I leaned against it, a book nestled comfortably on my knees. I couldn't help but laugh as you walked toward me, it was the perfect image. A tall young man with eyes that could melt iron and blonde hair that appeared to be made of the finest sand. The sun making you glow from behind, the leaf fairies dancing at your feet, the grass reaching for your finger tips as if you could save them. You were beautiful, if only I was right.
The sky was red, the air heavy with death, the rain was fire. My house was alight, I was on my knees screaming, you had destroyed everything I ever loved. I saw movement in the brush, I looke up to see you staring at me, a disaterous smile on your lips. Our eyes connected and your eyes grew bright and your smile turned to laughter, you raised you arm and waved. At this you turned on your heel and walked away. From that moment I never shed another tear. I planted my feet and my eyes took on the same fire that had destroyed my life.
