Harry Potter and the Aurors mission

The Reunion

Tuesday just seemed to crawl by for Harry. Reports flowed in and out of his office. Harry could not focus on his work, all could do was dream about his many adventures with the crew.

The battle of Hogwarts, the sorcerer's stone, the chamber of secrets, qudditch, the order of the Phoenix, the half blood prince, the deathly hallows. Harry can't stop thinking about this. They seem to consume his day.

Over dinner, Harry decides to tell Ginny why she need to come with him to the office tomorrow.

"Ginny," Harry says softly, "can I talk to you?"

"Of course," replies Ginny.

"I wanted to explain why you needed to come with me to work tomorrow. The Minister of Magic would like me to get the old gang back together. You, me, Ron, Hermione, Luna, and Neville. I don't know what he wants us for, but he would not ask if in wasn't important," Harry explains.

" While we are doing what ever this is, what are we going to do with the kids,"quizzed Ginny.

"I was hoping we could send them to your mom and dad," answered Harry cautiously, "I am sure we will be able to see them off to next term."

"Oh alright, I will send them an owl asking," Ginny retorts with a sigh, "I hope they are free."

That morning Ginny and Harry wake up early to send the kids off to Molly and Arthur's. After they leave, Ginny and Harry get ready for the day. The arrive early at the office to prepare. 8 am finally rolls around. Ron and Hermione arrive first.

"How are you guys? What have you been doing? How are the kids," Hermoine asks in a hurry.

"Let the man breath Hermoine," says Ron sarcastically, for old times sake. Hermione turns around and wacks him in the arm.

" It's fine," Harry says, "I was going to ask the same thing actually."

"We have been good, Hermione finished her seventh year at Hogwarts, improved house elf lives, and is now head of the magical law department. You all know what I have been doing already,"  Ron explains, "Ginny, you never told us what you do."

" I used to play for the Hollyhead Harpies, but now I am the head of the quidditch column for the Daily Prophet," Ginny says.

Neville was the next one to arrive.

"This had better be good," he said, "I had to find a gosh darn sub for the time I am gone. But on the bright side I get to be with you guys," he adds. Finally, Luna comes around 8:01 am. we all greet her like old times. then Minister Kingsley comes in.

"Hello Dumbledore's Army."

"Hello Minister," we all reply.
