chapter 3

Later on that night I was getting ready for night school. When Jason came into my room .

"Are you getting ready for school ?" He said .

I rolled my eyes at him . " yes I am now please stop bugging me !" I yelled.  "Ok ok no need to yell " he closed my door. I smiled at my brothers sillyness.
When I was done I walked downstairs to check on mike. "Are you guys ready?" I ask .

Mike speeds downstairs. "I was born ready ". He says in a childish voice,causing me to laugh .

"Whatever speedy " I say waving my hand at him.  He groans.

We finally make it to school
"Go straight to class"Jason says.

I scowl "shut up I know " I went straight to class , but that note was still on my mind . my friend Sophie tapped on my sholder.

"Hi Hailey " she said as she sat in her chair. I was a little confused why she was all calm . I frowned at her she gave me a look

"Are you ok ?" I ask . "sure..." She said dragging the e . "um ok this is kind of awkward Sophie what's going on ?" I ask.

"Are you and Jake still .. You know a thing ?" She looked down at the floor .

Jake was my boyfriend we've been going out for six months.

"Umm yeah we are why ?" I looked at her in confusion .

"Can we talk in the bathroom later I have to tell you something important " then she looked down at the floor again.

"Sure we can talk later its not like I have anything better to do " then I chuckled a little like it was a joke . but she wasn't joking she groaned then she frowned and she walked away.

Shit now I have two things to worry about first the note now this. Could my life get any worse.

So I met Sophie in the bathroom like she wanted me too . she came in slowly with her head down.

"Now what do you want to talk about?" I asked quickly . she started to cry .

"Me and Jake slept together " she said crying harder. My eyes widened in surprise . I couldn't believe what I was hearing.

I was so pissed I felt my vampire senses kicking in . I ran out of the bathroom in full speed . Jake doesn't know what's coming to him. 
I was going to explode I was ready to kill him , but I couldn't kill my own kind . ughhhh I hate my life and everything about it I wish I was normal and not a monster.
