Chapter 1

Kellins pov .

Hello My name is Kellin, why am I saying hello? I don't know . But this is my story on how I fell in love with a guy I thought I'd spend the rest of my life with until things got black and blue.

September 8 2014 ~

I was on my way to my favorite café a few blocks down, i had just gotten out of work. I work at a music shop , giving lessons to kids on how to play the guitar , or the piano. Anyways i walk in and wait in line to order.

"What would you like sir?" The cashier asks.

"Can i get a caramel frappucino?" I ask .

"Sure that will be $4.48" she says .

I take out the money from my wallet and hand it to her. Few minutes later they give me my order and as I turn around to leave, I don't even make it a few feet, when I bump into someone and spill my coffee all over them and me.

"Omg I'm so sorry " I apologize before I even look up.

"No worries love it was my fault" an English accent says.

I finally look up and see these beautiful chocolate brown eyes staring down at me .

"Hello My Name's Oliver, Oliver sykes and you are? He asks.

I keep staring into his eyes until I realize he asked for my name and snap out of it.

"Hi I'm kellin, kellin Quinn" I say.

He smiles at me and realization crosses his face.

"I'm sorry can I buy you another drink? " he asks.

" Oh no it's totally fine, it wasnt your fault it was mine you don't need to do that. " I say.

" Nonsense , please let me buy you another drink and maybe you can repay me by just sitting with me and letting me get to know you? " he says with a smile.

I smile back at him, " of course that would be lovely " I say.

We get back in line and he orders our drinks and we walk off to a table in the back of the caffe.

"So Kellin what do you do? " he asks.

" I give lessons on how to play the guitar or the piano in a music shop a few blocks from here, I live on my own. Im in a band with some friends even though I know we won't make it far but music is just basically my life, how about you? " I say.

"Really no way ! Im in a band too, and music is also my life, I live with a few friends. But whats your part in the band? " he asks with so much interest.

"Im the vocalist, how about you ? " I say with smile.

"Really!? So am I, wow kellin we have a lot in common " he says with a smirk.

I smile at him and we continue to talk more and get to know eachother.

2 hours later and I realise I have to get going.

"It was really nice meeting you kellin and getting to know someone who has the same interests as me." He says

"Yeah I feel the same way Oliver " I say with a smile.

"Here's my number, I really hope we can do this again one day? " he asks looking hopeful.

I smile at him, "of course, I'd love that " I say . We say our goodbyes and I start my Way home.

I finally get to my apartment and as I walk through the door, I feel something jump at me and start licking my face. I smile at my big dog molly .

"Hello girl did you miss me !" I ask her . She barks at me and wags her tail. I smile at her and feed her , once im done doing that i make myself dinner and head off to bed .

As i get into bed , i lay there and think about oli and even though I just met him, I feel a big connection with him. I take the number out of my jacket and debate if I should text him or not. I finally manage the courage to and text him

"Hey Oliver, it's kellin I just wanted to thank you for earlier and hope to see you soon. "

I instantly get a text message back .

"Hello kellin, Im really glad to hear from you. And of course, how about I take you out this Saturday night ? "

" I'd love that pick me up at 8?"

" I'll be there, just give me the address that day, sweet dreams kellin <3"

"Sweet dreams oliver <3"

I couldn't get the smile off my face, I finally met someone. He seems like such the perfect guy.
And with those thoughts I feel into a peaceful sleep.

But oh boy was I wrong...
