I felt safe inside her arms . I think all I needed was for someone to hold me :-( .

Hey babe James said while I was getting off the bus . Hi I said silently and kept my head down . Are you okay he asked . I'm fine I said while steal looking down .

What's wrong he said while trying to wrap his arms around me. DON'T TOUCH ME !! I said . What's wrong !! He said . What did I do !!! He asked .

You know what u did I said !!No I don't he said. So you don't remember holding and kissing Robert yesterday .

Babe I can explain .James said . No don't call me "babe " . I said while looking up . Emma what happened to your cheek James asked me .

Don't change the subject that is none of your damn business I said to him .
James I loved you I actually loved you . Did I get old for u we only dated for 2 years . I'm sorry I was a disappointment to you .

Go fuck yourself or wait why don't u ask Robert to instead. Emma its not like that I can explain . James said. Then what is it like James hmm explain tell me what it was like I said.

Yeah that's what I thought I said and walked off . I felt like everything inside me had been crushed . I felt broken hurt . I had no one to help me . Olivia is my best friend and all but she is busy all the time and she has a boyfriend that lives her and I don't want to ruin her relationship . My brother won't understand . I am definitely not gonna tell my "mother " and who the hell knows where my father is .

I'm stuck in some world that isn't safe for me . I need to escape it . As I walking in the halls and I saw Robert and James making out again next to the lockers .

I rolled my eyes and went to my 1st period class .

It was already 8th period and everyone WS going to their last class so as I was walking I always have to see James and Robert touching each other like not regular touching TOUCHING .

Like people get a room or something . I couldn't help but look away he looked so happy with Robert he never looked that happy with me only when we started going out at the begging . Then I saw Olivia with Daniel and she was laughing her eyes out .

Everyone was happy but me . I had to go back home to get more clothes . As I opened the door I saw my mom standing right their . Did u change your attitude she said . No I didn't I said and rolled my eyes . Then leave my house right now she said . I need to get some clothes I said and walked pass her not even caring . Young lady you are being so disrespectful .

Okay I said getting a bag and puting my things in it . LISTEN TO ME !!! my mom said while grabbing my hair and pulling me to the ground . She started beating me and slapping me and pulling my hair and scratching me she wasn't acting like her normal self what has gotten into her .

Once she was done that seems liked forever I limped out of the house and limped all the way to my brothers house which was 4 block away from ours .

Sis !!! My brother said while he was pulling up into his drive way . Let me help you he said while getting out of his car and caring me inside .

What happened sis he asked me while getting a pack of ice . M-mo-m-mom b-beat m-m-me I said while stuttering . Why would she do that he said. I don't know she turned scary. I didn't know who she was she changed .

Well please be careful next time please sis . Ethan said. Okay I said I'll try. I said . I went to the the guest room and laid down on the bed . Ugh I hate all of this I hate it all !!! Why does this have to happen to me !! My mom takes thing to far it gets so annoying . My "boyfriend " cheated on me everyone is happy I'm not for once.

I can't take it no more . I went to bathroom and I knew it was stupid but I felt like I had to . I had told everyone it was stupid to do it but I'm here now doing it . Ahhhhh!! I said the the stinging pain .While the razor blade was going side to side of my wrist .

I cut my arms and they looked normal to me sure blood was going down them but they looked like I have been used to this and they don't bother me.



Those were everywhere . Sis !!! Did are you okay in their !! I head my brother say from the other side of the door . Yeah I'm fine I said . Okay just making sure he said .

Later that day I woke up from a huge pain inside of my rib . When j looked in the mirror to see what it was it was a huge bruised from my side to my stomach .

It looked so bad and horrible . I looked a mess I has cuts I had bruises I had a busted lip . Some of my hair feel out . i have a bruises on my cheek and on my eye .

I wanted all of this to end .I looked in the mirror and started to say negative things about . I realized that all the things I was saying is true . While I was looking in the mirror I started to cry.

The tears stung the cuts on my cheek . But it was okay. My brother has ran into my room and hugged me and told me the opposite of what I said in the mirror .

He told me I was beautiful that I'm smart that I deserve to live etc. . I just cried in his shoulder . I fell asleep in his arms and I felt safe again . When someone is holding me I feel so safe .
When he put me down everything went back to all the mess . Wait !! I said and held my arms out and picked up my blankets .

Please sleep with me tonight I don't wanna be alone I said . Okay he said and climbed in the bed .
