When he finally awoke, there was a blonde girl sitting in a chair by a large bay window, overlooking a grassed area with a couple benches. The man thought she had too much makeup on, especially around her eyes. He decided her unspoken name would be "Raccoon." It took her a bit to realize the man was awake, but when she did, she seemed a little annoyed.

"Morning Sunshine. Took you long enough." The girl remarked sarcastically.

"Where am I?"

"Come on don't play stupid. You know you almost ran out of angel juice in public and that's why your in the hospital." The man looked just as confused as before. The girl huffed.

"They ran a DNA test and it matched Jimmy Novak, That's you, well kinda... but anyways they tried calling mom but no one can contact her since she bolted so I was the next on the list. "

"What is your name?"

"Do you honestly not remember? Why don't you think real hard."

The man closed his eyes and thought. he saw a little blonde girl doing her homework, and a woman, her mother, called her Claire. He could tell this wasn't his memory, so why does he know this?

"Claire. You are Claire."

"There you go! Wheres your boy toy at? I thought for sure he'd be here by now."

"I'm not sure of who I am. You obviously know who I am so could you please help me?"

"Whoa there buddy. You mean to tell me you don't really remember much of anything?"

"Yes."

"This is really bad... Let me make a call real quick."

The girl stepped out of the room pulling out her cellphone. The man couldn't make out the conversion, but he could tell she was on the phone with someone who was just as concerned as she seemed to be. She re-entered the room, and sat back down in her chair.

"I called Sam and Dean. They're on their way here. They should be here no less than a day."

"Sam and Dean..." Saying the name made the man a bit more familiar with the men and who they were. He remembered one wanted to help everyone, but always blamed himself when he couldn't. The other, was burdened with guilt and mistakes. He couldn't tell which was which however.

"These are my... Friends?"

"You guessed it. You three seem to make more trouble and rebel more than you obey." Claire said with a little chuckle at the end of her statement.

"My name is Jimmy?"

"Not exactly. You're name is Castiel. You're just using Jimmy Novak's, my dad, body. It's a little hard to explain. When the boys get here I'm sure they'll find a way to set this straight."

Their conversation had ended by a knock on the hospital room door. Claire saw a regular nurse dressed in soft blue scrubs with her brunette hair put up in a bun. Soft brown eyes looked at her, and a sweet voice asked to enter. Castiel saw an ugly face, that looked like it had been disfigured time and time again. Her skin was black, her eyes were hollow, and behind it all, the fire of hell burned as bright as the morning sun.

She flashed her black eyes at Claire, and Claire's immediate reaction was to stand up, revealing her height and showing her courage. The demon laughed and began to speak.
"Silly girl. Did you really think you could make a phone call to the winchesters and have it go undetected? Have you honestly learned nothing in your early years of hunting?"

Claire began to speak but was cut short by the demon using her power to thrust Claire into the wall behind her, knocking her out. Next she turned to Castiel, who was pushed up against the hospital bed as far as he could go. The demon spoke again, this time, her words were sweet sounding but stung like a knife.

"You know, I'm very, very pleased with the way these events have played here recently! First, the winchesters try to shake hell up, then the Angels try to defeat the demons. Not to mention, they killed me! And yet, how conveniently I might add, here is the angel himself! Let's see those Winchesters come find you. Let's leave a little note shall we? How about that girl Claire? What'd'ya say Castiel? Should we leave her here to tell the boys ole Ruby has you?"

The man flinched at the word Ruby.

"You don't remember a thing do you? Well let me help."

She grabbed his face and a wave of pain shot through him. His head pounded, and images and memories flooded through his head and he blacked out completely.

And just like that, he was no longer in that hospital bed, or even the hospital at all.
