The Smile

;) Enjoy...
I don't write loooooong chapters but I do write looooots of chapters, I think that makes up for them being a bit short...
I'll try to put at least 1000 words into each chapter...

Marinette is beautiful, she sits behind me in class everyday, we don't talk much but we're close. She always acts weird around me, sometimes it seems like she wants to run away.

"Dude...   Why you starin' at Marinette?" Says Nino.

"Uhh... I um, I was thinking about arranging a lunch for all four of us later," stutters Adrien.

"Squee! I'd love to go, wha' bout' you girl?" Squeals Alya.

"U-uh O-okay.." Marinette looks at me with pink dusted on her cheeks.

"Okay, then I guess I'll see you guys later, I'm off to English," I walk out of the classroom.

Plagg flies out of my satchel, "Why were you staring at Marinette? Do you like her? Cuz' I think she has some feelings for you!"

"Ughh Plagg-" I'm cut short by Marinette.

"H-hey uhh, I'm going to English too, w-wanna go t-together?"

"Okay," I try to act cool, but inside I'm bursting with happiness, another class with Marinette!

It's a quiet walk until we reach the door to English. I open the door and bow.

"You first," I look up, red stains her cheeks, and her blue eyes sparkle.

She takes a seat in the second row, like always. "Mind if I take a seat next to you?" I ask.

"U-uhh s-sure..."

Class goes smoothly, when it ends I wait for Marinette outside the door. When she comes out I wrap my arm around her shoulder, she seems to be okay with it.

Pretty soon we see Alya and Nino talking on the stairs outside school, when they see us arrive with my arm around her shoulder they just stare.

"Woah Marinette, how was English?" Asks Alya.

Marinette chuckles and answers with, "great," Nino just gives me a thumbs up.

The sun shines on Marinettes hair, casting a shine effect on the midnight blue shade.

Alya and her are talking their butts of, while me and Nino walk behind.

We finally reach the cafe and once inside we group up.

"So what are the orders?" I ask.

"I'll just have a hot chocolate," says Marinette.

"I'll have the same," says Alya.

"I'll take a slice bro," says Nino.

Pretty soon we all have our lunch in front of us, Marinette takes small, cute sips at her hot chocolate. Alya has nearly finished hers.

Nino whispers in my ear, " Bro smudge chocolate on your face and see how your little lady reacts," he smirks.

I smudge a big amount of chocolate around my mouth on purpose, and I look up at Marinette and Alya, with a cheeky smile glued on my face.

A huge laugh is shared between the two of them, Marinette looks adorable, Alya is in a laughing fit.

Nino plays a little trick, "Bro! You gotta get that cleaned up!" He winks at me.
