Jess' POV

I wasn't exactly stoked to go to school today, but at least it's thursday! One more day till Friday, that's all I've got to last. Then I suddenly remembered, what about the talent show? Do I cross our names off the list, or keep them on? I certainly am NOT going to perform by myself.

I headed into school just like any other day. Today I wore a Taylor Shirt. Why you may ask? I'm at my moms and I didn't bring any clothes over, it was my last resort, it felt weird wearing it. I didn't want to be in it, but it was either this or one of my moms work shirts. I just slipped a big sweater over it and I was fine.

I actually woke up early enough to straighten my hair, that doesn't happen often, and then I left for school. My moms house is within walking distance, so I walked there.

When I was listening to my iPod, the song 'Innocent' came on. I felt like I was singing this to Taylor, she made a mistake, everyone does, it's part of life. It's how you handle the situations that define whether your a good person or not.

I logged onto twitter and ignored all the mentions I was receiving. Taylor hasn't tweeted since last night. I tweeted this,

"22 and still growing up now."

I just changed Taylor's lyrics from thirty-two to twenty-two. Clever huh?

When I walked into first our my teacher stopped me and said two girls came in before class started and handed her this slip of paper that read,

'Im'

Uh, ok? That makes absolutely no sense. I just slipped it in my pocket and went to cook some home made Mac and cheese. Yum..

As class ended, I grabbed my binder and hid at the back of the group like usual, then went to my locker.

I slipped the note, or whatever it was, into my backpack then headed to yearbook.

When I walked in, Mrs. Hall stopped me too,

"Jess, sweetie come here."

I set my stuff down then walked over to her.

"two young ladies dropped this note off for you."

I took it from her hand, "uh, thanks."

I sat back down at my desk then read the tiny slip of paper. It said,

'sorry'

Ok, this is just odd. Whoever is writing these has really neat handwriting, so it's not a guy. I pushed the note to the back of my mind then starting editing my page.

Through out the day, I've been getting these notes with just one word on them. In physics, the note said 'let'. In English, the note said 'me'. I put all the notes I've recently collected in my backpack.

During lunch when I was eating alone, a lunch lady came up to me an handed me another note, it said, 'prove'. Ok, this is getting creepy, and I'm confused.

In geometry, I got a note that said 'it'. I rolled my eyes then got back to work.

I put my latest note in my backpack, then I headed to my last (and worst) hour of the day, finally. Let's just get it over with.

When I walked in, I didn't have a note. Huh.

About thirty minutes into class when we were watching a movie, there was a knock on the door. The teacher let them in and I think I saw a brunette and a red head, could it be... No. Why would they be here? I couldn't tell though, it was too dark.

"Jess, come here." my teacher flagged me and told me to come over to him.

"Hey!" one of the girls said and they hugged me, um. Weird. I don't know you.
