Hope's PoV~

"Boys why don't you and Hope take a walk while us adults talk." Lisa said to the twins.

"Okay sure." The smaller twin said as they started walking towards me.

"I have a great place we could go, just follow me." I said leading them further into the woods.

"So are you going to introduce yourselves?" I said after a few moments of walking. I'm a very out going person when it comes to making friends. Ha sike! I only actually have one friend because most people are scared of my father but Maria isn't. Mostly because she's a witch and can snap his neck within a second.

"Oh yeah, my names Ethan and this is Grayson." The one with the purple streak said. So his name is Ethan. Interesting.

"Hey my names interesting too you know." Grayson said. I forgot for a second that they could read my thoughts. God damn it! They both laughed at my last thought.

"If we are going to be friends you have to stop doing that." I said trying to play it off cool.

"Woo hold up, who said we were going to be friends." Ethan said being slightly sarcastic. I tried to read his thoughts to see if he was being for real or not. But I couldn't, I can't seem to connect to him. He must be blocking me. How did he do that? I need to learn how to do that.

"What's the matter, can't read my thoughts?" Ethan said with a smirk.

"Stop doing that! And anyway we need to work together to save both our families." I said trying to change the subject.

"When you're 16 and able to shift properly, that's when you can block you're thoughts." Said Grayson.

"Thank you." I said politely to Grayson. At least someone's nice. I saw Ethan smirk as be carried on walking. My birthday is only 9 days away so I'm happy.

We finally made it to my spot. It's in the middle of the woods. It has a small pond and a big rock that me and Maria like to jump off sometimes. I should text Maria and see if she'll meet up with us.

"Who's Maria?" Grayson asked whilst sitting on a small rock near the edge of the pond.

"Now your doing it too. Please just stop!" I said as I was getting my phone out to text Maria.

Hope- Hey do you want to meet up I found some new friends.

Maria- Your only friend is me so that is clearly a joke to lore me into some kind of plan of yours.

Hope- Nope and the best part is they're werewolf twins.

Maria- Are they fit?

Hope- You'll just have to come and find out. I'm at the pond.

I had to keep the thought of actually asking myself if they are fit it of my head because then they would tease me about it all day.

Once I was finishing texting Maria I started to climb up the rock so I could jump off it. Are you guys coming? They must of read my last thought because they quickly followed me.

By the time Maria came we were already swimming in our underwear in the pond. Maria joined us diving in the pool. When Maria came I caught a scent of blood. It wasn't just any blood it was the blood of a werewolf. I got out and said that I didn't feel like swimming anymore and heading over to where Maria's clothes were. Ethan clearly didn't believe me so he followed me. Grayson and Maria were just splashing each other and not taking notice of anything else.

As I lifted up Maria's top it had a small blood stain on it.

Ethan suddenly appeared behind me and snatched the article of clothing from me.

"What's the matter?" I said as Ethan was sniffing the scent from the blood.

"I recognise this scent. It was my friends sister." Ethan said with tears welling up in this eyes. This emotion then quickly changed to rage.

"Ethan no, not here! I will talk to her. I promise I will. Just not here. Not now." I said blocking his way. I placed one hand on his chest to stop him from going any futher and just stared into his eyes.

"Okay..." He whispered still looking into my eyes. "But on one condition." He said with a cheeky smirk.
