Amy's POV

I threw one last punch into Flower Bitch's face, watching her eyes fall closed.

I heard her boyfriend yelling about something, but I didn't care at the moment.

I stood up and looked around at all the people who had stopped dancing. My friends stood watching me, but they knew better than to try to calm me at a time like this. Lawrence, Ashlynn's boyfriend, slowly stepped forward with a dish towel in his hand. I took it from him and wiped the blood off my knuckles.

I pushed past the people and walked up to the living room upstairs, going to stand on the balcony.

~~~
Ten minutes later, I saw somebody step onto the balcony with me. I had been alone.
They came and stood right next me. Really? There was a whole fucking balcony and they had to stand RIGHT next to me?
He turned to me. "That was pretty cool what you did down there. Somebody needed to put her in her place."
"Thanks. It was my fault though. Stupid alcohol." I chuckled.
I turned to look at him, where his expression turned to one of confusion. "Hey, do I know you?" He asked.
I looked at his face. "Oh! Yeah! I remember I saw you the other day while I was-"
"Amy?! Amy! There you are! We couldn't find you anywhere!" Karmin cut into the conversation.
I looked at her and signaled with my eyes at the guy standing next to me. She turned to him. "Amy... You didn't tell me you had a friend here. Who's this?"
"This is-" I started.
"I'm Finnick." He interrupted.
Karmin looked at me and raised her eyebrows. "Oh. And where do you know each other from?"
I panicked. "Well I met her while-" Finnick was cut off by the sound of sirens.
"Oh shit!" We all said at the same. Karmin ran downstairs, probably to find Zayn. I stood there, not knowing what to do; I hadn't ever been at a party that the cops crashed.
"Amy! Amy! Amy, we have to go!" I felt Finnick pull on my arm. "Damn it Amy! Let's go!" When I still stood there, I heard him sigh, then my body was lifted and thrown over his shoulder.
I felt him run down the stairs and watched, upside down, as he threw open the back door. He opened the gate and ran a couple blocks, before setting me down and unlocking a car. He pushed me into the car, where I FINALLY came to my senses and slammed my seatbelt into place.
He jumped into his seat and started the car, driving the way I had seen him drive many times before.
~~~

We arrived at what I assumed was his house fifteen minutes later.

He unlocked the door, letting me walk in before slamming and locking it.

I followed him in silence to his room, where he took out a tshirt and sweatpants and threw them to me. "Put these on."

I was going to walk to the bathroom, but realized I wouldn't be able to get the dress off by myself.

"Unzip me?" I turned around and pulled my hair to the front of my shoulder. He grabbed the zipper and started pulling it down with one of his hands while the other caressed my bare skin.

I shivered and turned around, letting the dress drop to my feet. "Thanks." I said, as I watched him lick his lips.

He put his hands on my waist and brought me closer to him. He kissed me and I kissed back, our tongues fighting for dominance. Clothes were soon flying and I did something that night that I never thought I would do with Finnick.

Afterwards, I pulled on the sweats and tshirt. Needless to say, I stayed at his house that night.

~~~
I woke early the next morning to the constant vibrating of my phone.
I tried to ignore it, and snuggled closer into Finnick's arms. It soon became unbearably irritating and I got up to get it.
Seeing the 62 missed calls and 231- make that 232- unread texts, I decided I should probably tell my friends I was okay.
I called Karmin first because I knew she would be freaking out the most.
"AMY!!! WHERE ARE YOU?! WE LOOKED EVERYWHERE AT ASHLYNN'S HOUSE FOR YOU, AND THE SURROUNDING AREA!!! YOU HAVE SOME EXPLAINING TO DO!!! I CAN'T EVEN-"
"KARMIN! SHUT UP!" She quieted down. "After you ran downstairs, I wouldn't move, so Finnick took me to his car and back to his house. I'm fine. Are you four okay?"
The other line was silent. "Well... We all made it out in time, but Ashlynn got shot in the arm running away. We're doing the best we can, but we can't take her to the hospital."
"Damn it Karmin! See this is what happens when I'm not there to take care of you guys. Where are you?"
The line was silent again. There was definitely something going on. "Karmin, you better tell me or I swear you'll end up like Flower Bitch!"
I heard her sigh. "We're at your house."
I didn't want to lose it, so I hung up.
I felt Finnick wrap his arms around my waist. "What's going on? I heard yelling."
I took in a deep breath. "Ashlynn got herself shot and now they're all at my house." I said my voice nearly silent with rage.
"I don't see what the big deal about that is."
I turned around to look at him. "I live there with my parents."
"Oh shit."
"Yeah, oh shit."
Finnick told me he'd drive me home, so we went down to his car. About thirty minutes and one giant awkward silence later, we pulled up in front of my house.
I got out of the car and waved him goodbye, but he turned off the engine and got out, grabbing my hand and insisting that he come in with me.
I grabbed my key and unlocked the door, closing it behind us as we walked in. I led him up the little staircase and hurried to my room.
I prayed in thanks that my parents were still asleep. I had been so angry at Karmin because I thought my parents were awake.
I opened the door and let Finnick go past me. After locking my door, I turned around to see a pale Ashlynn asleep on my bed. In fact, they all looked pale with fear, as I stared at each of them.
As if it weren't bad enough, hiding four teenage girls in my room, I noticed that Zayn, Lawrence, Shiloh, and Spencer were also in there. They are so dead.
This chapter was so much fun to write. I hope you guys enjoy it! Any ideas on how Finnick and Amy met?
