Chapter 9

I'm excited so we're gonna jump straight into the story :)

Kimichi's POV 

"Sasuke open your eyes." I shook him. I held my ear to his chest. No that's wrong he can't be dead. "Sasuke stop kidding around." I can't believe it I won't. He's just pulling a stupid joke. "Sasuke this isn't funny anymore please wake up." I pleaded even though I know he won't. A shadow fell on my face. I clenched my fists. Haku had just knocked Naruto out. I grit my teeth and stood up. "You'll pay for that you bastard." "Oh I'm sorry did I kill your little boyfriend?" Haku said with a smirk. I smirked demonically, "He wasn't my boyfriend." I was once again in Shadow Cat Sage Mode but I felt  stronger than before. One of my shadows crawled up his body as he teased me. The shadow over took his whole body but he didn't notice until he couldn't see anymore,"What is this?" "Your death." The shadow forced it's way into his body and came out as if it did nothing but I knew better. Haku fell to the ground, dead. Or what I presumed was dead before he appeared infront of Zabuza to take chidori to the chest. 

"That'a boy Haku." Zabuza praised. I clenched my fists and began to walk over to the two men,"You. You did this. You killed Sasuke" I said in a demonic voice. Kakashi raised an eyebrow though I didn't acknowledge him. Zabuza raised an imaginary eyebrow. "You trained that thing to kill me but it wasn't strong enough so it killed Sasuke instead." His eyes widened in realization. "And now you pay." But once again like the second time today before I could kill him someone else did. They put a sword through his back piercing his back. "Damn it!" I growled. This time it was an ugly little man with a business suit. I'm not even gonna waste my time. A large shadow mimicked the movements of my hands as I plucked the man who I assumed was Gahto off the ground and held him under the water below the bridge, effectively drowning him. I looked to his little 'army' and said,"Anyone else." They all cracked their unnecessary muscles and ran at me only to run into a wall of shadows. They ran into the shadows and I let the wall down and they were gone.

"Where's they go?" Sakura asked looking like she'd pissed herself. "Purgatory." I answered before I tried to walk and fell limp. My shadows carried me where I wanted to be, next to Sasuke.  "Sasuke" was the last thing I said with my hand in his before it all got dark. 

[Sasuke's POV]

Damn it I pass out during a battle only to be woken up by some annoying slutty fangirl crying all over me. I groaned. "Sasuke!" she yelled and started hugging me to death. "Get off of me." I said sternly yet she ignored me. I felt a hand in mine. It's not Sakura's because both her arms are around me. I looked around to be unsatisfied because the one person I was looking for wasn't there, it hit me like a ton of bricks,"Kakashi, where's Kimichi?" Kakashi just looked to the side of me that was being blocked by Sakura's baka self. I pushed Sakura to the ground and looked over to see Kimichi on the ground with my hand in hers. "Is she?" I turned to Kakashi. "I'm not sure I haven't gotten to check. I hadn't even noticed her laying there." he said honestly. I saw the corpses of Zabuza and Haku at his feet and understood. I looked to Sakura,"Did you check her?" She shook her head. "And why not" I growled. "Because she doesn't matter Sasuke-kun if she dies no one would care! Why don't you love me!?" she cried. I completely ignored her and checked Kimichi's pulse. I sighed in relief it's faint but it's there. 

Despite my pain and everyone else's objections I stood and picked Kimichi up in my arms bridal style. Meanwhile Sakura is continuously attempting to make me drop Kimichi. "Sakura I swear if you make me drop her, someone will have to carry you too." I said with a glare. She backed off and began to cry but I really don't care. I walked to Tazuna and said,"The hospital where is it?" He turned around and noticed Kimichi in my arms,"Biggest building in town you can't miss it." he said. I nodded and began jumping on the houses throughout the village headed towards the largest building around. I burst through the doors. "She needs medical attention immediately." I rushed to one of the nurses. She nodded whilst she and other nurses placed her on a gurney. I tried to follow but they stopped me and told me I had to wait outside of her room. The doctor walked in without another word. I slid down the wall and stared blankly at the wall. You can't die on me now. I never got to tell you. Your gonna be okay. You have to be okay.
