It is my first experience as a renter in London; I had a very casual approach since I belong to a very small family where I was never scolded by my parents for my mistakes I did, so I was always very casual, it was time when got crack in exam for London university graduate course , I left my parent and join as a student, I did not like the hostel , I prefer rented house, I was given an agreement which I never read, and started staying as a renter , first day I woke up at 9 , got fresh and order a breakfast from a local canteen, I ate that and left the garbage as it is and went to college , also I left my unwashed clothes as it is, for few days I carried same approach, and then I realized my room was smelling, suddenly landlord came to my house and went back straightaway , I was told to my parent and was given threat to rectify such mistakes , I immediately did that, now I am very much aware of cleaning work and process of my own things , but I was a bad guy , I had too many bad habits , the money I was getting from my parents I spent on girl friends , friends party etc , and at the time rent payment I had nothing, I delayed rent time twice and when I delayed third time I was again given notice , again I rectify this habit, and now I was giving more priority to other money saving , but I am a player , a cricket player , I always arrange some matches in society and I made lots of damages to the premises I was assigned and always ran away or hided myself to restore that , but one day I got caught and this was my last mistake before I make a summary to inspire my all friends that during the college days you must be responsible tenants if you are staying in the rented property and it is your job to keep that property as good as it was given to you , what is now expected from us I am mentioning below hope you will learn from that

First point is to understand the rent agreement properly, which will be provided by landlord just before you move in, understand each points properly and if you have a doubt then ask the point where you have any doubt or you are unable to understand, point related to rent payment, point related to utility bills are very much important, if these are clear you will get advance deposit back when you move out, and landlord hire tenancy cleaners for the purpose of move out cleaning , if they feel required .
