It's crazy to think that you weren't just a little crush,
Because every time I see you,
My heart slightly breaks,
To realize that I wanted something more,
Something real with you,
But before the moments could start,
Your feelings faded away,
The talking and chilling and texting just stopped,
Whatever it was that made your feelings leave,
I wish I could turn back,
So that it wouldn't happen,
But what am I saying,
Iv'e moved on and I'm happy,
But maybe a small piece of me,
Just a deep down thought,
Wanted to see what we could've been,
How long it would've lasted,
Or if it wouldn't end,
But I have to disband the thought,
Because we will never be,
But still that little peace,
Keeps saying hopefully.
