What Happened to Amber?

The band was packing up their instruments from today's practice. They do have a concert coming up.

The band noticed that Amber didn't show up for the practice, which was odd. She never misses any of the practices.

Another thing they noticed was that Seth has been distant with the band and he keeps to himself.

"Hey, Seth where's Amber?" Korey asked.

"I don't want to talk about it," he replied softly.

"What's up with you? You seem distant with us," John said.

"I said, I don't want to think about it!" He said in anger.

The band gasped. Seth never shows his anger to anybody. He usually hides it. This is the first time they've seen him mad.

"Seth, when you're ready, please tell us what happened to Amber," Jen said carefully.

Seth didn't say a word. He placed his guitar in its case and he picked it up. As he was about to leave. Korey's voice stopped him.

"You can tell us anything."

"Thanks. I can't. I won't."

"Why, man?" The Doggy asked.

"Because, I don't need to. I'm fine."

Jen shook her head. "No, you're not fine! You get angry easily and you keep to yourself."

"I gotta go. Hillary is waiting for me." He walked out of he door.

"Hillary?!" The band shouted.

"Did they get back together?!" Jen asked with shook.

"If they got back together, then that means Seth and Amber broke up," Korey said.

"Is that why he's mad? Is he mad at Amber or himself?" The Doggy asked.

"More likely himself, " Korey replied.

"Hey, why don't we pay Amber a visit!" Jen said with a big smile.

"Yeah, but we don't know where she is," John replied.

Jen dug her phone out of her pocket and she waved it in the air. "That's what texting is for!" She turned on her phone and she began to type.

The band watched her in silence, waiting for a reply. Just then her phone went off.

Jen's familiar big smile returned. "She said we can go and see her, and she sent me her address." She showed her friends the text.

"Alright, let's get going!" John said as he dug his keys out of his pocket and everyone left the house.
