Ep.4

A week had passed by so fast, i had been observing her and i always saw her going to the library. I decided to make my move and stood outside of the library entrace.

I took the sharpest breath before entering the library. I walked to every shelves looking for her and i finally saw her seated down at an isolated place with a book in her hand as she was engrossed in reading the book, she didn't even realise i was standing infront of her.

I took a random book off a shelf and cleared my throat to seek her attention.

I looked at the book in her hand, it was the book i loved to read to my sister. It was a novel of a boy who lost his memories. She looked at me and i bowed at her as she returned a cunt bow back.

"Hello, Don't mind if i sit here?" I asked smiling at her as i held the random book up.

She looked at me skeptical and looked at her side before making a space for me to sit.

"Remember - i love reading that book. I read it to my sister every time when she gets home from school and the storyline still lingers in my head. The ending got me every time. Although i know how the ending is like, i would still tear up alittle." I remisice and she looked at me amused.

"Hahaha. I know. I've read this book four times already and the ending still got me good. You read this to your sister? Me too! I read this to my au- brother." She said clearing her throat and turned a page.

"Not that many people know about this book though. Im surprise you do." She said and a light chuckle escape her plump lips.

"Hahaha. I even shocked my friends. You're not the only one hahaha. Im taehyung by the way..kim taehyung." I introduced myself and she smiled turning the pages.

"Seulra, shin seulra." She said and smiled at me showing her eye-smile and my heart skipped a beat.

"Do you always come here..... To read?" I asked and she nod her head smiling widely at me.

"Yeah. I come here almost every time before my next class starts." She said and looked at her watch.

"Speaking of my next class. I got to go, my next class is starting soon." She said and stood up.

"It's nice talking to you. I'll see you again?" I whispered but she heard me. It's sad to see her leaving. I was just about to get to know her.

She smiled faintly at me and left the library. Well, atleast we talked and she didn't reject me. Phase one completed. I guess i have the chance to win the bet.

I touched my chest as my heart was beating so fast. I heave a sigh of relief and puffed up my cheeks, stood up leaving the library as well. I was walking out and saw jungkook at a distance.

"Did you just come out of the library?" He asked narrowing his eyes at me as he made his way to me.

I turned around and looked at the library and back at him.

"Why?" I probe raising my eyebrows at him.

"How did it go? Did you just make a move on her? I saw her exit the library before you do." He said and i faked surprise.

"Really? I didn't know it was her. No. I still haven't make my move yet." I lied and he laughed.

"How long are you waiting for? Hahaha! Well then get ready to lose?" Jungkook teased and i smirked.

" I can already see the future and i can smell victory." Jungkook said confidently and giggled.

"Hahaha good luck. May the best guy win." I said and pat his shoulder before walking home.
