Which One?

Chapter 7

It is now six thirty and we are out the back in the flat, none of the boys show any signs of wanting to go home soon, which is good. My mum walks in and asks, "Do you boys want to stay for dinner? We are just having chicken burgers." They all nod and say, "Yes please."

Everyone was just sitting down on there phones except for Christian and Sarah who were play fighting, suddenly Brandon yells, "LET'S PLAY TRUTH OR DARE!" Everyone agrees and two minutes later we are sitting in a circle. I'm sitting next to Blake and Hunter, Ashley is sitting next to Brandon, Sarah is sitting next to Christian and Lei is sitting next to Aaron.

"Okay, I'll go first," Cameron said. "Truth or dare Chris," Chris sits and thinks for a couple of seconds then says, "Umm, truth." Cameron groans. "Don't be such a pussy!" Cameron says hitting him. "Hurry up and choose," Chris says throwing a pillow at him. "Okay, Biggest fear?"

"That's like the worst question," I said laughing at Cameron. "Well I wanted him to pick dare," Cameron whined. "Guys, do you want to hear it or not?" Chris said getting annoyed we were talking over him. We stop and nod. "My biggest fear is growing up," He says. Ashley. Sarah, Lei and I all crack up laughing. "Okay, Charlotte truth or dare?" Chris asks.

"I'm not a pussy so dare!" I say confidently. "Okay, I dare you to jump in the pool fully clothed, and you can't change out of them until the game is finished." I bury my face in a pillow and groan. "Okay, but I'm not jumping in with the jumper on because I only got it yesterday and it was friggin expensive!" I mumble the last bit. "Okay fair enough."

We all walk out of the flat and they all go down into the pool are whilst I go inside and grab a towel and blanket because I am going to freeze after. I walk back outside and all of them are shivering like they are about to jump into the pool.

"Chris you are going to regret this one day, you are making me jump into a pool that has no heating, in the middle of winter at 6:30pm." They all laugh at me and he says, "I know."

I contemplate whether or not to jump in the pool, but before I can make up my mind I feel two hands on my back and then my body is surrounded by freezing water. As soon as I get to the surface I gasp and look up to see who pushed me, "HUNTER I AM GOING TO KILL YOU!!" I scream at him and grab his leg before before he can get away, and within seconds Hunter and I are play fighting in the freezing cold pool.

We get out of the pool and there is only one towel so I ask Ashley if she can go inside and grab one for Hunter. I wrap my self in the towel shivering because it so cold. We walk back into the flat and I swap the towel over for the blanket because I am not saturated anymore, my clothes are still wet though. We continue on with the game and nearly everybody has had a turn, I am still shivering and shaking because my jeans aren't drying. 

All of a sudden two arms are wrapped around me and I look to see Blake hugging me and rubbing my back trying to warm me up. We look at each other and then 'SNAP'. We hear a camera and look away from each other to see Brandon pointing a phone at us, "Awe that was so cute!" He says. I bury my face into Blake's chest feeling embarrassed.

"Okay Blake, truth or dare?" Joey says cutting in. "Uh, dare?" Blake said, more as a question. Joey got a massive smirk on his face and so does all of the other boys. I don't know what is about to happen but I feel bad for Blake because god knows what they are thinking. "I dare you to kiss Charlotte for ten seconds. I take a deep breath and look at all the girls, they are all smiling. I glare at them and they just laugh. "Okay," I hear Blake whisper and all of a sudden his lips are on mine and instantly it is like it's only just him and I in the room. Before I know it we are pulling away from each other.

Mum walks into the flat and says, "Guys dinner is ready" No one says anything, "Okay," I said still feeling flustered. "Are you okay Charlotte, your face is very red, same with you Blake?" She asks, but I think it clicked in her mind when she realized how close we were sitting together. She starts chuckling and says, "Oh." With that she walks out still laughing.
