The next day Charles opened his eyes. He found himself in a new environment. The windows were huge unlike the hospital, there was a huge amount of fresh morning breeze and the sun showed its bright face. As he was going to step down, John came and stopped him. He asked him to lay on his bed as he was not fit enough to walk. Charles asked him whether he was in his new house. He said that if it was so then it was too larger than the previous one. The man chuckled at him and went out. Then there stood one another man, probably John's friend. He said,"The time since you have met that boy you have not slept a peaceful night. You worry for him, maybe he's gonna change your way of living. Why don't you just go and tell him the truth?" John replied,"I can't do this. How will he be able to bear all this?" Amidst their talks, there stood Charles, sobbing, his eyes red, he was eager to know if what he heard was correct. John saw him, ran up to him and hugged him tightly. He was too sensitive and could not see anyone in pain. He could truly understand his feelings. It took some time but slowly Charles understood that there was no one else except John, who could support him. He started to get adapted to the environment. He could not forget his parents but by seeing his behaviour towards the new surroundings, anyone could say that he liked the place. He started walking around the gardens, actually the house was so big that he started exploring it. One day, while having dinner, John casually asked him whether he would like to continue his studies. Charles firmly said no because he could not bear children laughing at him because he was an orphan. He added that there was an orphan boy in their previous school who was teased in such a  way. So  John did not carry the conversation further. He simply asked Charles about his talents. Charles seemed a bit surprised by the question but then he said that he was good at singing. John asked him to sing a song but he was too shy to do so. John got up and said," Listen boy, tomorrow is a big day for you. Get up early and be ready before I see you." "But be ready for what?", Charles asked. John went to his room after wishing Charles a good night.
