Of All The Stars In The Sky HP ff (Drastoria)

So It Begins

I feel the need to talk about Astoria. Disclaimer, I am not JK Rowling, so this is not my character. Draco Malfoy was married to Astoria Greengrass instead of Pansy Parkinson. JK said that this was because Pansy reminded her of the girls that bullied her at school when she was younger. So Astoria must be nicer, right? Though she IS a Slytherin and pure-blooded, I have a feeling that she's nicer. It's a slight mix between humor and romance. More action and romance with small humorous scenes.

- edit - The new version is more or less the same starting from chapter 1, but with slightly different pivotal changes. I've only completely changed the prologue from the original story.

So it begins...

In every star there is a story told

For generations 'til the truth has fled,

Only leaving marks that welcome the cold

In from the windows and into our beds.

But when gazing up in the starlit skies,

A giant snake is staring down at me.

I do not run nor scream for fear it flies

Away from this place, a lock without key.

So I stretch my hands as far as they go

While screaming loud "Alas, take me with you!"

He reaches down too far below although

I am right there with him only more cruel.

I reach to touch just the scales of his tail.

His skin brushes my fingers and he falls.

We both plummet into the starry skies.

I've only seen one Drastoria so far. And that was after I wrote this. I DID NOT COPY ANYONE! These ideas are completely original! I did not steal!

On the side is the chapter's soundtrack. I'm doing a Harry Potter soundtrack for a bunch of the chapters. (Maybe all)

2015!edit: this chapter was re-vamped. It is now an attempt at poetry. While it is in pentameter, I can't write iambic or any sort of pattern. (If there's confusion, the abstract 'poem' is about Draco and Astoria.)
