My dearest brothers
Joey and Jack
I am writing to tell you
I cannot come back
I stayed with Aunt Jenn
And Aunt Debbie too
Their dog and their cat
Were silly like you
They took me for walks
And I played on the beach
I chased squirrels up trees
That I couldn't quite reach
I ran after the lizards
But didn't catch one
I took lots of naps
And had tons of fun
But something happened
As I was playing outside
The cat got sick
And started to cry
She asked me to help her
I said what can I do?
She said take me to Kimmie
And asked can I go too?
I was afraid to go
Because I could not come back
I knew I would miss you
Joey and Jack
But I had to help her
So she wasn't scared
She was my friend
And I really did care
So, I took her to Kimmie
And we told her hello
From all of our family
and friends down below
We gave her hugs
From Joey and Jack
And explained to her why
We could not come back
Now that we're together
We will look down at you
Every time the sun is out
And the skies are so blue
We miss you dearly
Please don't cry for me
Wave to the sky
And say hi Dudley
Make sure you whisper
And try not to forget
I hide behind clouds
When it's raining and wet
But I can still see you
And hear your hello
No matter where you are
