Chapter III
The Power of Earth
I tried to forget what had happened the next day, but I just couldn't. It slowly drifted away from me at school. At lunch I sat with my best friend Terra. I asked her," Have you seen anything weird around here, like earth reshaping, violent wind storms or anything like that." "Lucia, are you ok?" Terra said worriedly. Then I said," Nothing's wrong just plain ol' me, te he he." "Ok I guess I'll get to 4th period." When Terra walked away I saw her wave her hand in a specific pattern and the earth started to shake especially by me. I fell to the ground and it stopped, I knew that I had to find out why Terra did that with her hand and why the ground shook right afterwards. Even if it meant she was the possessor of the element earth.
Luckily I could keep an eye on Terra during school because we were in the same classes. I watched her very carefully. But I could not find a way to follow her outside of school. Of course, it was right in front of me. I would text my dad I was staying at Terra's house. The perfect plan. Now to follow her around.
DING!!!!! The bell rung marking the end of school. I saw Terra walking and then turned left. I had to memorize her moves and keep my distance. I followed her to her house. I peeked through her window and saw her look around then open a drawer that was locked. I slipped and made a loud noise she jolted and looked out the window and walked back to her desk. I secured myself so I wouldn't slip again. Then paused and stared. She was making the rock change form, levitating it and making it shake. She was the possessor of the element of earth.
I had to confront her about this and tell her how I knew to find her and the other possessors. I had to kidnap her for her to come without fighting on the way. I found a chemical that would knock her out and put it on a towel. I snuck in through her window. I put on a mask and was ready to get her. I put the towel over her mouth and snuck her out to my brand new car. I stuffed her next to me. I took her to an abandoned warehouse to ask her some questions.
I tied her up and she woke up. She was confused. I could see it in her eyes. I walked into the light and removed my mask. She didn't believe or understand any of it."Terra I know you posses the power of the element earth." She became angry and shrieked and the whole Earth shook and the rock began to levitate. I calmed her down and she agreed to answer my questions and she let me explain why I did this to her. I described everything in precise details. Even the part about my parents possessing two of the other elements. She asked," do you need me this much that you would kidnap someone, ha this must be important." " It is, my father killed my mother just because she was more powerful than him. Please help me, we have to find the possessor of air and the possessor of water." " Whoa, back it up, Lucia I thought you said your mom was the possessor of water." Terra shouted questionably. " Yeah but she is dead now, this means there is a new owner."I had said a little annoyed. Terra put dirt on the ropes and broke the ropes and stood up and pronounced," I will help you find these people wherever they are."
