Chapter 40

Melanie's POV:

"Demetria Devonne Lovato I've known you for so little time but it feels like a life time, I love you so much and spending a few hours without you kills me inside, I know I went to spend the rest of my life with you, I want to get married, grow old and have children with you, Demi will you marry me?"

I looked up at Demi and she had tears streaming down her face.

My heart was pounding in my chest as I looked up at Demi, was 5 seconds to long to wait for her to answer me, what if she says no, OMG no, what have I done why did I ask her, I knew it was to early.

"Yes"

"What?" I asked shocked.

"Yes I'll marry you" she smiled nodding her head.

I jumped up wrapping my arms around her spinning her in circles.

"DEMI LOVATO IS MY FIANCÉ" I shouted and she laughed at me.

I took the ring out of the box and slipped it onto her finger.

"I love you" I grinned smashing my lips on to hers.

"I love you too" she mumbled against my lips.

She wrapped her arms around my waist deepening the kiss as I gripped her hips and pulled her closer to me.

"Take a walk through Paris with me?" I asked pulling away but our lips still touching.

"In a minute" she whispered.

Her lips locked with mine again, moving together in sync, she licked my bottom lip asking for entrance which I granted, our tongues played with eachother, dancing like they usually do, I smiled and pulled her body closer to me as if it was possible, her hands tangled further into my hair, neither of us wanting to pull away.

"We could just skip the walk and go straight back to the hotel I booked" I mumbled against her lips.

"No I wanna walk" she smiled and pulled away from me, she fluffed my hair sorting it about before doing the own to herself and calming down.

"Yeah that did get a little bit heated" I smirked.

"Can you blame me?" She asked.

"No way I look hot" I smirked striking a pose and she laughed at me.

"Come on goofy" she rolled her eyes.

"Mean" I pouted.

"You love me"

"I do, fiancé" I smiled.

"I like the sound of that"

"Me too, I'm taking your last name though, there should be more lovato's in the world" I grinned and she giggled.

"I agree with that" she smiled.

I pecked her nose and we walked into the elevator to leave the Eiffel Tower.
