Hello everybody!!
So, let's have a recap of the last chapter.

Oh, how I knew that smile was so fake. She led me out of the room with my question left unanswered.
10 years later...
I turned 16.
Chapter 1
I thought 16th birthdays were supposed to be sweet? Is my birthday an exception? Why is mine so bitter? My mother is overseas and my father is too busy with work and he's rarely at home. I spent my sweet sixteen alone. Oh, if only Nene was here.....
With that thought in mind, I drifted into deep sleep.
"Lina...... Lina....." A familiar voice called. I opened my eyes just to find myself in a cold and cruel world. I was standing in the middle of a barren land and everything was so dark.
"Lina..... Lina....." The voice kept echoing.
I looked up and saw her, She was covered in blood. Still, her chest bore a hollow where her heart used to be.
"Lina..... Help me..." She was crying blood and pleading for help.
"Nene!" I cried. "I'll help you but how?" I asked.
"Lina..... Help me... Lina..... Help me..." She repeated her pleas for help.
"How Nene, how?
"Lina..... Help me..." Her blood tears kept on flowing. I ran to her but just as I was about to touch her, hug her, she vanished, leaving a red string in my hands.
"Nene... Nene... No!" I screamed at the top of my lungs. I fell to my knees and cried.
I woke up finding myself crying with the red string in my hand. I was so confused. Why was the string in my hand? Was my dream real? But the question that lingered on my mind was why just now? Why just after 10 years?
"Why?"
