The Faith Between Two?

Chapter 1

Hey peoples and non-peoples! This is Holly and this is my first ever story on Wattpad!!! Im going to be writing this story with my best friend so I hope you like it! The first chapter will be done by, moi! I hope you dont mind ALOT of mistakes because im probaly going to make them! But, all I can do is hope that you like it.....

So, here I go.....

WHOAHHHHHH, WAIT, I forgot to mention that this is a based on Danielles relationship with a boy named Danny, which will be the two main characters. 

Now to the STORY!!!

Danielle's P.O.V  (point of view)

Sitting in a church to most people would sound boring... But,to me it's like my own personal Heaven. Ever since I was young, I loved church, and even more in my mid-teenage years. But, today was different. Today, my Love was playing guitar at our Sunday morning sevice, like always, but we were going out afterward on a double date.

Well, now that I think about it, it wouldn't really be a double date, because Danny and I aren't accually dating, and we were just tagging along with our friend Holly, and her boyfriend, Kalani. But, either way, it was still time that I could spend with my three best friends.

Yes, I know im in love with one of my best friends. And, yes I was pretty sure the feeling wasn't mutual. Or at least thats what I thought. I don't know because Im afraid of rejection. Holly took a risk and confessed her love for Kalani two years ago, and their still together... Maybe I should do the same with Danny... but what if he doesn't feel the same... 

"Danielle, you okay?" my best friend Holly had asked, as Kalani had his arm around her waist. Sometimes I wish Danny and I could be the same way.

"Yeah just daydreaming," I said. She knew who it was about, she's actually the only one. Then came Danny with is guitar, I could look in his eyes all day. He smiled my favourite crooked smile at me before talking.

"Hey party peoples, we ready to go?" he asked.

We all said yep and with that we went to Kalani's car. His car was amazing, a black mercedes, four seater of course. We all piled in. Danny and I in the back, and Holly and Kalani in the front. I was the first to speak.

"You did good today Danny," I really didn't pay much attention to anything but his guitar playing. I know I should have been worshiping God but he looked so hot when he played guitar. Ugh and then I was daydreaming, he spoke interupting my thoughts.

"Thanks, I pushed for us to play 'Heart of Worship' because I knew it's your favourite song." There is goes again with that crooked smile that makes my heart melt. If only he knew..... and with that we were at the diner.

I loved this diner, Danny and I had our first date here, kinda. Well not at all really, it was a student leader worship meeting with all the leaders and Danny and I ended up staying till closing, while everyone left hours before. Even Holly and Kalani had left us behind.

"What are you gonna order Dani?" Holly asked me.

"Umm probably the usual, baked spaghetti. What about you Danny?" I asked.

"The same as you, that sounds tasty, you guys wanna get frozen yogurt after this?" Oh how I love Froyo, and Danny knows that. Everyone said sure and with that the waitress came and took our orders. Holly got a cheesebuger and fries, Kalani got the same.

After we ate, and paid for our food. Danny paid for mine as always, he is such the gentlemen. Kalani paid for Holly's, typical. We then went to Froyo, an hour later Holly and Kalani decided to leave and see a movie, so they took us back to the church to get our cars. On the way to church Danny and me decided to go to a park and just talk and play music. So we did.

About an hour later i returned home, went up stairs to my room to think. I was already 8:30 and I was kind of tired. So, I layed back and thought to myself.

Yes, this is my typical Sunday. Sounds like a normal Christian's right? Wrong! It always ends up breaking my heart the way Danny flirts with me and we act like a couple,  but, Holly gets to be with Kalani! Why dont i get to be with Danny. It only seemed fair! But I pushed the thought out of my head quickly. I should be happy for her to have her true love, and not with that she was alone like me. She is my best friend and i should be happy for her. 

After agrueing in my head for alittle longer i slowly drifted off to sleep. Ahhhhhhhh, sleep the one place where Danny and i could be together forever.
