After this happened, I was mad and glad at the same time. Let me sketch out a scenario for you.
(In past history I have been known to say 'president' instead of present when role call is being taken)
Sub: Campbell Jackson?
Me: Here
Emma: Why didn't you say president?
Me: I don't know, I just didn't feel like it.
Sub: That Annoying Guy Bridges?
That Annoying Guy: president!
I wanted to punch him in the face so bad until the sub said this:
Sub: Don't do funny business with me! I don't like being disrespected.
I did a little high five with myself, because I knew I shouldn't have said president that day!
