Chapter 15

Emily's P.O.V

~Dream~

I was sitting in my room writing in my journal. Someone opened up my door and I saw my mom. "Hun, Joe and Zoe are here to see you." Mom said and I nodded. I stood up and realized it was the 1800s.

"Wait Joe and Zoe aren't born yet." I mumbled to myself.

"What?" My mother asked me and I looked up at her. I smiled and shook my head.

"Nothin' mama." I said and walked downstairs with her. I saw Dad with a knife and it was pointed towards Joe. Dad stabbed him by the time I came downstairs. "Noooo!" I yelled and try to run towards him but mom held be back.

"I'm sorry sweetheart." Mom said and I kept trying to get free. She finally let go and I ran towards him but it was too late.

~End of Dream~

I shot up from bed and looked around. Joe wasn't anywhere so I hop out of bed and ran out of the room. I ran downstairs and saw Zoe and Alfie making breakfast. I then saw Joe on his laptop, probably eating something.

I ran over to him and hugged him. He was shocked but hugged me back. "Morning to you too." Joe said and I just hugged him tighter.

"What?" Alfie asked Zoe and she shrugged. They left the room and I sat down next to Joe. When I pulled out of the hug, I grabbed his hand and didn't let go.

"Are you ok?" Joe asked and I nodded. I leaned my head against his shoulder and just closed my eyes. "Hey let's go get your stuff and we can go to mine ok?" Joe asked and I nodded.

We got my stuff and said bye to Zoe and Alfie. We got to his apartment and I smile when I walked in.

"Very you." I said and he laughed.

"I know." Joe said and brought in my bags. I took them from him and he showed me to my room. I placed my bags on the bed and started to unpack. "I'll be downstairs if you need me." He said and I nodded.

After everything was put away I walked downstairs and saw Joe playing FIFA. The doorbell rang and Joe looked at me. I walked to the door and opened it to see Tyler.

"Hey Tyler." I said and he smiled.

"Hey girl, how are you?" Tyler said and we hugged. I invited him in and we walked into the living room.

"Good, a little freaked, but good." I said and Tyler gave me another hug.

"So, I was wondering if you would like to do a Q&A video with me?" Tyler asked and I nodded.

"Sure, why not?" I said and I saw Joe walk over to us.

"Are you sure you're ok? Cause you did attack me in a bear hug this morning." Joe said and Tyler stared at us. We looked at each other then him.

"Umm...Are you ok?" I asked him and he nodded.

"It's just you two are my all time OTP." Tyler said and I rolled my eyes. "Please I know you're married and have a child, girl. We see each other every summer." Tyler said and I laughed.

"I know." I said and gave him a glass of water.

"I'm going to Caspar's." Joe said as he rubbed my arm comforting me. I hugged him and he hugged me back.

"Ok. Tell Caspar and Oli, if he's there, I say hi." I said and Joe kissed the crown of my head then left. I looked back at Tyler and he just smiled. "Not a word." I said and he shook his head.

"No, you're telling me why you're here?" Tyler said and I told him everything.

"But last night I had a dream." I said and Tyler looked intrigued.

"What happened?" Tyler said as we sat down on the couch.

"I was with my mom and dad, not a good start I know. But it didn't end well. Joe died in my dream." I said and Tyler stared at me.

"Now I know why you attacked him in a hug." Tyler said and I laughed.

"Can we do the video now?" I asked and he set everything up. We answered a few questions till this one came up.

"And to end it @jmily_forever Would you ever date Joe if you weren't married?" Tyler asked me.

"To be fair, just incase Elijah ends up watching this, I have known idea. Cause I don't think I be who I am if I didn't have the life I have now." I said and Tyler put his hand to his heart.

"Awwwwe. You have to be a writer. You have that natural voice." Tyler said and I smiled.

"Maybe I will be." I said and then Tyler ended the video.

"Ok, I would be terrified every day I stayed here." Tyler said and I nodded.

"I already am. I have no idea if Joe will prank me or not." I said and then we heard the front door open.

"Hellooooo." I heard someone say. I turned around to see Marcus, Caspar, Oli, and Joe.

"Oh my god. I haven't seen you guys in forever." I said and hugged all of them. Tyler said his goodbyes and I gave him a hug before he left. I turned around to see Marcus and Oli sitting at the island bar and Caspar and Joe playing FIFA. "Home" I said and Joe looked at me.

"What?" Joe asked and I shrugged.

"Nothing." I said and he turned back to the TV to continue the game. I smiled and walked over to a chair next to Joe and grabbed my laptop. I opened up google docs and stared at the screen for a while.

"What are you doing?" Oil asked as he looked at my computer screen.

"Thinking of a title." I said and he looked at me then everybody else.

"Family above all." he said and I Looked at him.

"That's perfect." I said with a smile then started writing.

I don't remember falling asleep but apparently I did cause Joe carried me to bed. He laid me down and sat in front of me for a minute.

"Goodnight, Em and I promise I will never leave you." Joe said and I grabbed his hand. I opened my eyes and smiled at him.

"I know you won't. Night Joey." I said and then cuddled up with my pillow. I closed my eyes and then felt the mattress dip. I turned around to see Joe laying there.

"I know whenever you call me Joey, You don't want me to leave." He said and I laughed. I then laid my head on his chest and fell asleep.
