Epilogue

Emily's P.O.V

*_6 months later_*

I was driving to the High School to go to Hope and Aria's Graduation. I was so happy for her and Hope. Elijah was coming from work and Caroline was spamming my phone because she had been there for an hour. I answered one of her next saying I was here as I walked into the school. I walked over to the gym and saw Stefan, Damon, Matt, Tyler, Bonnie, Klaus, Hayley, Rebekah, Kol, my mom, and my sister Alex. I walked up to them and smiled.

"Where's my brother?" Rebekah asked slightly angry at Elijah for being late to his nieces and daughters graduation.

"I'm right here, sister." Elijah said as he walked up behind me. I looked over at Damon and Stefan.

"How you holding up?" Stefan asked and I smiled.

"I'm fine." I said and smiled at him. I got turned into a vampire a few months ago.

And I know what you're thinking...Who turned me? Well you know how I got shot by that stranger. Yeah, well Damon came soon after and fed me his blood. Then I died. Stefan, Damon, Klaus, and Elijah taught me everything. Stefan and Elijah taught me control and Damon and Klaus taught me how to fight. I got to fight Klaus ever now and then, and that helped with my anger in a way.

Anyways, Caroline had grabbed my hand and was dragging me to our seats. We sat down and I laughed. Elijah sat next to me on my right and Caroline on my left. Then from Caroline down it was Damon, Stefan, Bonnie, Alaric, and Tyler. And from Elijah down it was Klaus, Hayley, Rebekah, Alex, Kol, and my mom. Hope and Aria were graduating today. I can't believe it. Also Matt was hosting the whole thing, so that was nice.

"My little girl's all grown up." I said to myself and Elijah smiled down at me. Matt called everybody up one by one. Hope came up before Aria and Klaus was crying. I grabbed his hand and smiled at him.

"Aria Mikaelson." Matt said and Caroline got out her camera. I stood up and clapped. I was very happy. After the ceremony I ran up to by baby girl.

"I'm so proud of you." I said and we hugged.

"Thanks mom. Also..." Aria trailed off then she handed me an envelope. It was from Whittemore college.

"Oh My God! You got in!" I screamed and she laughed at me.

"Hey I got in too!" I heard Hope yell and I laughed at her. I smiled at my daughter and laughed. Aria and me had a best friends kind of relationship more than a mother-daughter one. Elijah and her have a father-daughter relationship. I heard someone run up behind us. I saw all my youtuber friends.

"We sat in the back, but we were there." Joe said as we hugged I pulled back and everybody congratulated Aria and Hope. We all went to the grill after the graduation and celebrated.

"Hey, hey, hey." I heard Aria say as she tapped her glass with her fork. She placed the fork down and Hope stood up as well.

"We just wanted to say a few words. More of a very long thank you, from both of us." Hope said and Aria continued.

"We appreciate everything you guys did for us. Especially our mom and dads. I know personally if I didn't have my mom, I think I be lost. But thankfully we have Damon to thank for her still being her." Aria said and we laughed. Hope spoke up again and Klaus smiled.

"And I wouldn't be who I am if it wasn't for Emily raising Aria then coming to New Orleans to check on my dad. But I mainly have to thank my dad because he taught me everything, from math to art. So thanks and..." I was about to cry and I could Klaus was holding in tears.

"WE LOVE YOU GUYS!" They yelled and we all smiled and laughed. Aria ran to me, while Hope ran to Klaus, and we hugged.

"I love you mom, Always and Forever." Aria said and I smiled.

"I love you too." I said and hugged her tighter.

Third Person's P.O.V

"Whatcha typing?" Aria asked her daughter Riley. Riley looked up at her grandparents, mom, and dad (Chris). Along with her Uncles (Joe, Klaus, Kol, and Alfie), Aunts (Hayley, Alex, Rebekah, and Zoe), Damon, Stefan, Caroline, Hope, her husband (David) and her best friend Luna (Hope's daughter), and smiled at her.

"Her story." Luna answer as she sat next to her best friend. Riley hit her arm and rolled her eyes.

"Yeah, but now it's finished." Riley said as she hit one last key and Luna smiled. Everybody was curious of what it was about.

"What's it about?" Chris asked his daughter. Riley looked over at her grandparents, whom she spent a lot of time with. She remembered all the stories her grandmother told her. Then she looked back at her dad and smiled.

"A boy and a girl who would do anything for each other." Riley said and Emily smiled at her. Emily knew who it was about. She always knew, she's the one who gave the idea to Riley in the first place.

"Is it a true story?" Elijah asked her and Emily answered.

"Yup." Emily said and they looked at each other.

"What you know who it's about?" Aria asked her mother and she nodded.

"Of course I do. I know everything." Emily said and Riley smiled at her family.

"Though," Everybody looked at Riley. "the thoughts might not be exactly what they were thinking at the time." Riley said and everybody laughed.

Emily smiled at what her family had become and wouldn't want to have it any other way.
