The "Love" Dog

Chapter 1: It's "Him"

"Are you sure you want a dog, Allie ?"  Said Allie's Mom worryingly.
"Yeah, whatever" Allie replied
"Ok" Allie's Mom said singsongy "Just remember what Granddad says 'Responsibility is the key to life, not the House next door'
"Ugh, I know Mom, I am responsible!! I'm 15!" Allie said getting tense
"Calm down Honey, lets just go to the Pup Paws Pound" she replied, staying calm.
"We are meeting your father their, it's around to corner on his office of Carson St.
"No, Mom! My "Friend" lives there"
"Ok, why does that matter?"
"Um..." Allie replied trying her best not to mention that Ben C.- the Captain of the football team (also known as "crush" or "friend") lives IN Pup Paws Pound. He works their 7 days a week and lives in that building.
"Um...M-m-my "Friend is sick, yeah, yeah, yeah... um SO so sick, so we have to go to the one over by Alex's School. Please?" Allie said quickly, nervously and kinda um FREAKED OUT!!
She decided "What the hell?!" Allie went to pound and the minute she got in "uh-oh." Her crush (Ben) was waiting AT THE POUND DOOR TO GREAT HER! So as the nervous girl she was she blurted out, "A-I Like-TMP CIC-CMPE." Ben replied, "Um, I need to go get...um...a.... DOG! Yes I need to get a Dog." Allie just stared like a bird just walked on the head with a bat. Allie's mom does the only thing a mother can do, intrigue. "HELLO Sir, um yes, hi. So we were wondering if you could tell us your calmest dog. My Daughter here, She likes calm walks on the beach. Maybe you could take her to a calming place?"  Allie noticed her mother was trying to help her get a date. Allie stood there embarrassed as hell and said though her  teeth, "Mom, lets....go....home...NOW."  The Mom, startled replied, "Honey let's see what this nice man has to show us." Allie wanted to replied, "Yes! Yes! I love you Ben!! Show us your...dogs!" But instead she just answered, "Ugh, whatever."
