Chapter 2: Secret feelings

Red's PoV
After Rose left the offices, I went back to my station and sat down and continue my work.
After a few minutes, I realised I wasn't really making much progress, and I was daydreaming, staring at my screen, which was blank. Why aren't I doing any work, I thought, placing my hands onto my keyboard, but not typing anything. I leaned back into my chair, took off my glasses and took out my phone.
Rozes (Rose) starting following you on Instagram and Twitter.
Oh, she followed me, that's nice, I thought to myself, smiling to myself and following her back.
"What you smiling at?"
I looked up and saw Adam standing at the doorway.
"Oh, nothing, just notifications," I replied, putting my phone away.
"Alright, well we're doing a GTA video in 15mins with Dan and John so get ready, OK?" He said. I nodded, Adam smirked and left the room. I loaded GTA up, and got ready to record.
"Alrighty, you guys ready?" asked Adam, through Skype.
"Ya," said me, Dan and John.
"Ok, in 3, 2, 1, alright, hey guys, Sky here, and I'm here the one and only YouTube sensation Redvacktor, The CavemanFilms and ThatGuyBarney and today, we'll be playing some GTA races and just to warn you guys, I'm 110% sure I'm gonna win-"
"Oh, no, no, no, you're not, I'm the master of GTA, and no one ever beats me," shouted Barney.
"Fine, well, when I beat you, I get to slap you across the face," said Adam, in a childish voice.
"Fine, deal," shouted Barney, laughing instantly.
"If this video gets 100,000 likes, I get to slap Barney 10 times in the face. Now let's start," screamed Adam. Me and Dan laughed throughout the whole conversation.
The game began to load and we chose our cars, and began the race.
"Ha, ha, looks who's in first, Adam," shouted Barney, speeding in front of Adam.
"Nooo, Barneyyy, come baaack," squealed Adam, chasing Barney.
"Adam wait for meee," said Dan, chasing after Barney and Adam, leaving me left in last place.
"Wait, why the hell am I in last? How the fuck did I get here?" I asked, trying to catch up with the rest of them.
The race was 4 laps and I kept messing up, falling off the track and spinning out of the road.
"Red, why are you messing up all the time?" Asked Adam, laughing at me.
"I don't know, I'm not on my game today. I need to prove I'm a YouTube sensation. I don't want that donut fuck," I shouted, still trying to catch up. I ended up in last place, and I lost 10k. The video shortly ended after that. I took off my headphones and ruffled my fingers through my hair, confused at what was wrong with me. Why am I acting like this? Am I sick? I thought to myself.
"You alright, buddy?" Asked Adam, sitting down on the couch next to my desk.
"Yeah, but no, I mean, I don't know. I don't know what's wrong with me, I'm acting really strange, like I can't focus on anything," I replied, resting my head on my hand.
"Yeah, I noticed that, I mean, you started to act like this since-" he started to say, before stopping halfway through his sentence. He stared at me for a second, before leaving me in my office, very confused.

Adam's PoV
I left Red's office, with a thought on my mind. Red began to act strange ever since Rose entered the offices, so maybe... Ohh, I sense something, I thought to myself. I decided to experiment. I went to Emily's office and made her put down something on to the schedule.
"So, you want Red and Rose on Monday to go Pokemon hunting, right?" Asked Emily, turning to me before printing the schedule. I nodded and she printed the schedules for Monday. I picked them up and put them on my desk for later.
Everyone began to leave the offices for the weekend, and soon I left, still thinking about some last things for Monday and Rose's new office.

*Time skip to the next week*

Rose's PoV
It was Monday morning and I was getting ready for work. I decided to be fit and walk to work. It was, from what I remember from walking back from the offices, that the walk was about 30 mins.

*Time skip to the offices*

I arrived at the offices on time and walked upstairs to be greeted by Emily and Adam.
"Good morning, guys," I said.
"Morning," they both replied. Emily handed me the schedule and explained to me what I was doing today.
"So, today we'll be setting you up into your office. That'll be mostly what you'll do today, but, later on, you and Red will go to the park and try and catch some Pokemon. Then we'll do a few more recordings for the day," she said.
"Ok, sounds good," I said, nodding at what she what she was saying. She smiled and walked back to her office. Adam then led me to an empty office.
"So, this is your new office. It's next to mine and James' office. We'll be setting it up today, whatever you want can go in here. So we've already set up your monitors and desk with a comfy chair, but you'll be setting up your sound foam and other stuff you want for your art stuff. What would you like in here?" He asked.
"Well, I've got my digital art tablet for anime drawings at home, and I've got some action figures that I could bring here tomorrow and I can buy a glass cabinet to put them in. What colour is the sound foam?" I asked.
"Ooh, that sounds cool. The sound foam that we have are green, blue and pink. What colour would you like?" He said, pointing to a box, probably containing the sound foam.
"I'll take the pink one, super girly, I know, but my name is kind of a pinky colour," I said, walking to the box and opening it up. I picked it up and walked towards my office and dumped it on the floor.
"Oh no, it's fine, it's kind of a light pink that goes well with the black sound foam. So Cory will be helping you with the sound foam, cause I'll be recording a few videos this morning," he said, helping me take out a pack of the sound foam and putting it on my desk.
"No, it's fine, I'm sure me and Cory can finish this quickly," I said, unloading the whole box and putting the remains of the box outside the door.
"Ok, I'm gonna get Cory and I'll see how you guys are doing later this afternoon," he said, leaving the room to get Cory. I continued to unwrap the sound foam until Cory got into the office and we got started.
