Julie is a student at FTT college in North Carolina. She is finishing school and wanting to get her visual arts degree to become an author. Her boyfriend, Oliver is a graduate from the same college. They both met each other their senior year. They fell in love instantly and talked a lot that year. They have decided after being together for 2 years that they would buy an apartment 3 miles away from the college. Julie was unboxing picture frames and found an old picture of her and her ex-boyfriend, Alex... She put the frame away. "Hey! There's this new restaurant that just opened down the street, want to go"? Asked Oliver. "I have a lot of studying to do, maybe another night, sorry" said Julie. Julie knew that wine would be involved, as much as she loved wine she couldn't have it. It was 7:36pm and Julie saw Oliver out on the balcony. She sat beside him and they started to talk. "Wow the sunset is beautiful" said Julie. "Not a beautiful as you" said Oliver, They kissed. They sat there and watched the sunset together. It was 9:45pm Oliver was going to bed. Julie followed, they both said goodnight and went to sleep. It was around 3:00am when Julie heard a knock at the door. She answered to find a what to be looked like a 3-5 month pregnant woman. Her face was covered by a dark hood. "Help! I need help! I'm in pain!!" Julie asked "whats wrong"? The woman In the dark hood said "my baby! She is coming" so Julie reacted fast! She raced to Oliver to wake him. "Oliver!! There is a woman at our door, she needs our help! She's having a baby!" Oliver, startled got up and rushed to the door... No one was there. "Are you sure someone was there?" Oliver said as he peeked his head out. "Yes! She had a dark jacket and she was pregnant!" Oliver kissed Julie and went to the room and went back to sleep. The next morning Julie woke up to Oliver not in bed, she searched the apartment for him... No where to be found. She went the the first floor of all the apartments and found a key, the same key Oliver colored so he would know what our apartment key looked like. She went to the back where the park is and saw no one. So Julie went back upstairs and thought he went to get breakfast. She went into her bathroom and saw Oliver drowned in his blood with the words "Lisa" written on the tile for the bathroom. She screamed, she called 911 and they came 3 minutes later. "What happened I wasn't in here for like 5 minutes!!!" "Ma'm you need to calm down we will find out" said officer Leo. So Julie couldn't sleep in her apartment, she had to stay with her mom that lived an hour away, that means she couldn't go to school for the next week. The next week, her apartment was cleaned up and ready to live it again. She still couldn't believe that something like that happened to her, She needed months of therapy and help. She needed almost a year of therapy, she got out early for school. It was 5:00 pm when she got home, it was quiet...

She missed Oliver.

Said Alex. He passed away a few months ago, I would rather not talk about it. Alex nodded softly, "I suppose there's a girl in your life too?" "No" Alex said softly.
