Currently we are in F21 and I am going to get bankrupt If I stay here anymore. Ladies and gentleman , the story of my life!

Tomorrow, all the people living in the community have arranged a warm welcome party for us. I like those people they are very friendly and helpful better then the old bat who used to annoy the shit out of me.

We parked our car along with others and got out. We got some stares from the boys as I was wearing a blue summer dress with my hair down and minimal makeup and Cheryl wore pink summer dress with her hair in a half updo.

"Oh my! there are so many people." Cheryl exclaimed I nodded along with her while sweeping my gaze over the crowd.

As soon as we entered,we were greeted by our bubbly neighbour.

"Hello dears! I am so happy that you accepted our invitation. It's good to see some young energetic youth with us." Mrs.White gushed.

"Well thank you for inviting us Mrs.White and we really appreciate it." I said with smile and while Cheryl nodded.

"Oh dear! Call me Claire! Mrs.White makes me sound so old."

"But mom you are old." A voice behind us said.

We turned around and oh my god.. Blond , striking green eyes and oh so tall maybe 6 foot guy was walking towards us and stood beside Claire.

"Shut up Matt." Claire scolded and hit him on the head. He groaned and gave his a mom a glare.We muffled our laughs, he turned to us and flashed a killer smile.

"Hi, I am Matt and you must know by that now." He gave his mom a look while she smiled innocently.

"I am Heather and this is Cheryl" I smiled and Cheryl waved. He nodded smiling and suddenly soft music started playing in the background.
Matt smiled and held out his hand.
"Dance with me"?

"Umm..n-" But I was cut off by my stupid best friend "Of course! She would love to! My eyes widen towards her. What the hell! What was she planning?!

Matt pulled me with him while I gave Cheryl a death glare and she wiggled her eyebrows.

"So are you in a relationship?" He randomly asked. I shook my head.
"Not looking for one and you Blond?"
He arched an eyebrow "Blond?" I nodded and grinned sheepishly.

"Actually.. he hesitated "There this is girl I really really like her but I don't think she likes me back." He turned his gaze away from me. Poor guy I thought.

We danced and talked for a while. And went to the buffet. I was lovingly eyeing the food laid out on the table and Matt whistled "I wish someone looked at me at like you look at food." He said with a amused tone and smirked . I waved him off and started to gather some food on my plate.

I found a seat beside Cheryl and sat on it. "Isn't Matt a hunk?" She sighed. I turned my head and arched an eyebrow on her.

"What- ugh never mind" she pouted and I giggled and shook my head. After finishing eating, I stood up and turned my head around only to find Claire little tense.

"Is something wrong Claire?" I approached her. She broke out of her trance and she smiled slightly "Oh nothing dear expect the fact that we run out of supplies to serve the guest."

I chuckled. "Nothing to worry about it. Just tell me the nearest store here and I will run to it.

"Oh thank you so much! It's just few blocks away from here and around the Piano Palace."

My ears perked up on that "Piano Palace?"

She nodded.
"Yes dear My friend owns that place and it is rarely used for night time performances for all music lovers especially piano."

She smiled sadly and her eyes fogged over as if she was rembering some long lost memory.

"That's where I found my husband."

now I am standing outside the dark building which seems to be closed. Don't do it Don't do it unless you want to be thrown outside by the sleeping guard.. my inner voice was chanting.

I pushed the door open and was greeted by bright light. what the-
I squinted my eyes to see clearly and the next moment made my mouth drop open.
