A dark gloom overwhelmed the sky with a still hush sealing the awakening death to flow with the winds. Shriveling paths of scarlet poured and oozed from the fallen army of mangled wolves. A small child awaited behind his mothers wolf corpse as a semi apprenticed human male stood over the once beautiful fema with a bloodied dagger in his tight grasp. Horror sketched across the younger boys face as his piercing green pools died in sorrow.

"If you ever tell anyone I killed our mother, I will kill you Jude." his older brother growled soon over coming the demon creature that rest within, the wolf.

The smaller brother, Jude staggered to his feet. With a yowl of hate and pain a certain strength slithered through his frame. Feeling his blood boil to a cold hardened burn his limbs began to grow into those of a wolf. The bone shuttering crack of his skeleton made his mind drift into a cold numbness.

Rex, his murderous brother began to shrink in fear as Jude towered over him with his new form. He was huge, unlike any wolf of his age. Rex only knew Jude was a full dark blooded werewolf. "impossible!" he cried as his icy pools glowed with fear. 'I thought all the ancient werewolves were, were dead.' he thought in disbelief at the site of his now large brother.

The once pale boy now towered over in a large build of ebony hides and silver toned sliveres mixed within. All his limbs now lengthened to stand his lithe frame over his now wolf formed brother. "I don't wish to hurt you Rex." he whimpered though his pools stayed a blazing fire behind his clear screens.

Mud colored and auburn, Rex let out a low growl of hate. "What makes you think that I would ever love you?" he snarled baring his teeth. "I killed our mother, and now when father finds out," he sneered flexing his musciles. "that is when I tell him you killed our mother, he will kill you for sure! Then I will be the only next heir to our pack!" A smile of scarlet peered across Rex's front covering his ivory fangs. Fur still caught between his canines with the scent of the dead on him.

Jude looked over in horror once more before he could feel fangs in his shoulder blades. With a yowl of pain, Jude could feel his blood escaping his shoulder before he snapped his head to the side, only to grasp Rex's back in his jowles.

Cries and screams escaped Rex before a large, dark figure emerged from the ashes and tangle of branches. "Jude!" the male cried almost as soon as he nocked Jude off his paws. It was Delgotoga, Jude and Rex's father, Alpha of the Guardians of Aywa. His jet black hide seemed nearly invisable against the drowning moon as clouds appeared overhead. Bright yellow auds of fire rest in his sockets, though only one lay shriveled and blinded. Delgotoga was one of the strongest wolves throughout the land.

Jude instantly went pale with fear and dropped his older brother. "I..I didn't mean to, Dad please forgive me.." he begged helplessly.

Rex whimpered, his back bleeding from the gashes Jude had created. His plan finally fell into place. Getting Jude killed or kicked out. Now that there mother is dead along with the unborn pups, Rex was sure to be the next Alpha. "He, killed her...Jude killed Mother!" Rex cried with a bonefaced lie.

Delgotoga snarled as the wind whistled threw the dancing tree limbs. "Chepi! Chepi my love!" he whinned falling down to her mangled side. "Jude, you monster.." he cried weakly. Raising to his paws, Delgotoga crept slowly over to Jude. His musciles ripping with every step as a low growl murmured in his stomach erupting with a large snarl. Staring at Jude with hate sparking in his orbs, Delgotoga snapped his jaws in a bone shivering clamp. It nearly seemed like bones shattered in his clammping jowles.

Jude coward down in fear placing his tassel between his hinds. "I..I'm sorry, I didn't do it, honest. Dad please!" he wailed backing away slowly.

"You are no longer my son!" Delgotoga growled raising off his fronts. Shifting all his weight into his hinds, the ebony wolf threw himself at Jude.
