BTW sorry that it is short but we have been really busy and haven't had that much time to talk about Now so yeah but the next chapter will be longer i promise cuz it is saturday in two days!! YAY!

Lacey's POV:

"So, spill all about your date with Harry." Olivia smiled as we walked out of Starbucks. She took a sip of her latte and Sam slurped the last bits of milkshake from her cup through her straw.

"There's nothing to 'spill', it was fine." I lied, knowing that if I told them about the kiss they'd go mental and we wouldn't make it to science alive.

"Translation! What Lacey really means, is, it was perfect, and everything she's dreamed of and more." Sam giggled, doing her impression of Saffron Clarke, the school drama queen.

The three of us walked onto campus laughing. "So, where did you guys go?" Liv asked.

I cracked and told them everything. "He took us to a beautiful Italian restaurant. It was perfect, like with violins playing and everything."

"Aww, little Lacey's in love." Sam giggled.

"Am not! He teased me and wouldn't stop touching me." I said, it was supposed to come out strong and nonchalant. Instead, I sounded more like a whiny child.

"Yes you are, but anyway, did you guys kiss?" Liv asked throwing her latte into a bin. I felt my cheeks redden as I nodded a yes. Sam nudged Olivia, "our little Lacey's finally got a boyfriend." "I really haven't, I don't think Harry's boyfriend material." I said as Liv dragged Sam and

I through the courtyard and down the hall to science.

There was no teacher in the room yet, so we sat down near the front of the class, close to the window. We were talking about Brandon, Olivia's boyfriend, and how his little brother has chickenpox.

"Settle down ladies and gents! We've got an experiment today. To start off this year, we'll be doing chemistry. So, that means a lot of fun experiments, for that you'll need a lab partner, at the end of the topic you'll get a grade based on mainly your exam, but also your paired work assessments. Find your partners." She said going back to her papers and ticking off who was or wasn't here.

"Sam, Olivia, and Lacey, you can work as a three, if by the end of the lesson the class is still uneven it'll be like that for the rest of the topic." Dr Kingsley said looking up at us.

"Thanks miss," Olivia smiled giving her a thumbs up.

We got started on a changing colours experiment called rainbow fizz. If you added different acidic substances to a while powder, you'll see a slight change in colour. The end result is a beautiful hot pink. The same pink as the color of the menu at the Italian restaurant.

Halfway through the lesson, we were writing up reports about our experiment, when the door burst open and in walked none other than Harry . . .

"Nice of you to join us Mr Styles." Commented Dr Kingsley looking up at him, her expression was full of disdain.

"It's an honour Dr Kingsley, as always." He smiled an angelic smile, and when our eyes met his face lit up in a cocky smirk.

"Lacey, would you mind paring up with Harry?" S he asked giving me a sympathetic smile.

"Not a problem." I said giving her my fakest smile.

Such fun! I'll have a whole term of Harry Styles. Why me?!?!?! I bet there's this bad fairy somewhere that takes great pleasure in watching me suffer. Whatever I did wrong in a past life, I'm sorry!

"Allen," Harry nodded at me.

"Styles," I nodded back at him. With Harry, I never knew where I stood, one minute we're completely disagreeing with one another, and the next, he's kissing me.

"We have chemistry together. . . Literally." The irony in his sentence was too much for me to respond to. So I continued with my report.

"So, tonight, there's this party at Liam's cousin's house. His parents are in England, so he's got the house to himself for a week."

"So?" I asked Harry. "Liam and Macy will be there." He smiled.

Who's Macy?!?! Macy, Liam's girlfriend? I vaguely remember her, she's in our English class.

"And that effects me because?"

"Because you're coming with me. I'll pick you up at eight-thirty. Wear something sexy, but not too sexy. I don't want other boys looking at you." He stood up and put his pen in his pocket.

Before I could respond Dr Kingsley spoke. "Right class! Your assignment is to complete your evaluation report. You'll be getting a mark so it'd better be good. See you tomorrow." She walked out of the door, shortly followed by Harry. I hadn't had time to tell him I wouldn't be going with him to this "party". I had no intention of setting foot in Liam's cousins' house.

"You and Harry looked close." Commented Sam as we walked off to the library. We had

a free period, which was lucky.

"We aren't." I said flatly. Then a thought struck me. I would be going to this party. But, with Sam and Liv, not Harry.

"You two are cute." She continued.

Ignoring her comment completely I spoke. "Fancy a house party tonight?" I asked.

"No." They both said flatly.

"Please, Harry's making me go, and I want you to come with me."

"Fine." Liv folded before Sam agreeing to meet at mine at eight, half an hour before Harry would pick us up. Note the use of us and not me.

Boy, this was going to be a really long day. I couldn't wait until tomorrow. It would be so much calmer. But, knowing my fate, now I've said that, I'll end up having an even more eventful day than today.
